Considering the quality of service, comfort, and location, it’s also great value for money. If we ever come back to Bansko, we will definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"Amazing hotel! I love it! The lobby is very comfy and great-looking with the camina. The hotel have big conference hall wich we used for 3 days and it’s great. It also have a big pool wich water is warm and great for kids (it have a kid mini pool. The saunas are also amazing. The breakfast room is super and the breakfast and lunch itself are amazingly delicious. :) The rooms are very clean and they have everything you need like hotel branded flip-flops and many others. The staff is very welcoming , very kind and they do everything for you so you can have a nice stay in the hotel. The rooms have amazing view to the mountain or other have a view to the Hotel garden. He’s just amazing Hotel and it’s must-stay hotel if you plan a trip to Bansko. :)"

PARKING BIG BECAUSE NEW HOTEL WAS BUILT BY THE SIDE AND I DON T KNOW NOW. THE POOL - HOT WATHER BUTH NOT VERY BEAUTIFUL AREA. THE BUS TO GONDOLA WORK PERFECTLY. I THINK THAT I WILL COME BACK BECAUSE THE PRICE AND WHAT THE HOTEL OFFER IS VERY GOOD"

"It was our 3rd time there and the 1st since they got their 5th star.The Hotel is situated close to downtown (walking distance). The Delux apartment we had was very nice, clean and cosy. The breakfast they server is fantastic with vast variety but the breakfast room is a bit overcrowded; the same stands for the new spa centre and the swimming pools which most of the time are overpopulated which is a bit bothering..."

"We had a good experience staying here. Yes the hotel is a bit tired but our room was clean, the spa facilities were great! There is a huge swimming pool, sauna and steam room which were clean & fabulous to use after a days skiing. The pool always had someone in attendance. It was never too busy. The staff were friendly and helpful. 5 mins Walking distance to the old town & about 13 to the slopes. Or there is a regular shuttle bus there and back. Overall good value for money."

"We spent a week at the Evelina at a quiet time of the Ski season. Our room was good and clean. Beds were comfy and the bathroom had all we needed. Breakfast was always a high standard and the cook even came in an hour early the day we were leaving because of our bus time. All the staff were welcoming and very helpful. The shuttle bus service worked very well. The pool was a really good size and the sauna got to a decent temperature in about 15 mins."

"We spend 10 days in this hotel for Christmas and New year 2022. The hotel is nice with different size apartments. We had 1 bedroom apartment which was equipped with everything necessary for our stay. There was a fire place as well which added to the apartment charm. The spa center was nice with good swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna, also with fitness center. We were using it regularly and was very convenient. The hotel is very close to the ski slopes, which made the experience for skiers very easy and practical. The personnel were great. They were very kind, trying to satisfy all our requirements. For example, they provided additional heating radiators for the colder days. The lift got broken one of the days and they immediately offered us another 1-bedroom apartment on the ground floor as we had an elderly person with us. The other apartment had also washing machine, which proved to be very handy during our stay. For the New Year’s Eve, the hosts have prepared nice musical program and New year’s menu with large choice. We were delighted with the great festive atmosphere, the music and the dancing. The hosts came to greet each one of us personally and especially payed kind attention to our gradma as per our old Bulgarian traditions. Overall, we spent really fabulous time and will come back in this hotel again next time we are in Bansko."

"Spent a couple days for a ski weekend. The hotels has a good location towards the edge of Bansko right on the main road and just about a 5 min walk away from the centre and gondola lift. You will find several ski rentals stores & restaurants closeby. Stayed in a room/studio, equipped with a kitchen corner which wasn't used and other basic furniture. Bathroom is acceptable but not very spacious and shower not ideal due to water splashing out. The room also had also a little balcony with a view of the backyard. Tv didn't have too many channels and all local. The is a small indoor pool adjacent to lobby area and also a British style downstairs. Check in & out was smooth. All in all, it's an ok place for a short stay and a limited budget."

"I was supposed to check into this hotel today, but because of the war in the country—I live in Israel and the airport is closed—I couldn't. I contacted the hotel in advance and asked to cancel my reservation. They treat every order as impossible to refund. I tried to explain my situation and asked for understanding and a refund, or at least a partial refund, but I was completely ignored. Just know: if you have a force majeure situation, no one will accommodate you, and you won't get a refund. I'll try to spread negative publicity among my friends and subscribers in Israel so they know about this hotel."
