El servicio excelente, con el extra de que antes de la hora del check-in ya teníamos la habitación disponible. Ubicación excelente y los servicios compartidos con el Duke's Palace (recepción, desayuno...). Es conveniente saber que, aunque te llevan las maletas hasta el hotel, este se encuentra en un edificio con algunos escalones que se deben de salvar en los pisos superiores, pese a contar en ascensor, por lo que debe ser tenido en cuenta para las personas con movilidad reducida.

Fantastic hotel! I stayed here for a business trip back in 2007, and returning in 2026, it feels just as welcoming. The hotel facilities are great, the environment is clean and hygienic, and the front desk staff are incredibly warm and patient. The restaurant is excellent, and the bedding is wonderfully comfortable! Definitely recommend!

When we arrived to the property, the hotel could not find our reservation. Gina at the reception was fantastic and she upgraded us to a suite with canal view! 😍 This room raised our expectations and experience of Bruges!

Comfortable and clean. Last time I came here for a day trip, I found a free parking lot at Park & ​​Ride, which was a 10-minute walk from the hotel. So I parked my car there this time. Perfect! 

Hotel Portinari in Bruges is a gem! The modern design is both stylish and inviting, creating a lovely atmosphere. My room was comfortable and well-appointed, making it a perfect retreat. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the city’s main attractions. The friendly staff added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Bruges!

Location is what stood out for me first - the ease to roam around Brugge as a solo traveler has really been perfected by this. The bar staff is so knowledgeable as well about local beers and I do get that it’s their job, but he’s explained clearly without being condescending at all as it was my first time visiting and I am quite particular about my beer. Friendly staff, lovely hotel, buffet breakfast was good value and convenient. Location was spot on and the family room was cosy, clean and had loads of space. Nuts from mini bar were cheaper than in the supermarket which we couldn’t believe. Only downside was the shower head wouldn’t stay in the holder so we had to hold it to shower which was a shame. Overall we would return if we came back to Bruges.

Hotel is neat the train station. However, the Escalator to the platform of the hotel is not working . We need to find a elevator from the car park to enter the hotel. There's carrefour express and bus station to the city center right next to the train station. Really thankful for the early checkin cuz we arrived a bit earlier. The reception is polite and helpful. The room is clean and neat. Spacious for 3 ppl. However, they charge me extra money €100sth after I check out. Trip.com staff is also helpful for asking the hotel for refund. Otherwise, the experience there was satisfying.

The hotel with the largest room I've ever stayed in Europe, it's awesome! And I was given a room on the first floor, where I could drink coffee outside, which was very comfortable. The hotel is also well soundproofed, and it's especially quiet at night.

The location is excellent and it is very convenient to go to various attractions. If you drive yourself, it is a bit difficult to get in and out of the hotel. The car is clearly parked next door, but it took half an hour to get to the hotel entrance (one-way street + road closure)
