El servicio excelente, con el extra de que antes de la hora del check-in ya teníamos la habitación disponible.
Ubicación excelente y los servicios compartidos con el Duke's Palace (recepción, desayuno...).
Es conveniente saber que, aunque te llevan las maletas hasta el hotel, este se encuentra en un edificio con algunos escalones que se deben de salvar en los pisos superiores, pese a contar en ascensor, por lo que debe ser tenido en cuenta para las personas con movilidad reducida.

Facilities: The room was very comfortable and spacious; two large suitcases could easily fit. The bed was also large enough for a child.
Cleanliness: The room was very clean and comfortable from the lobby onwards.
Environment: The hotel's interior environment was fantastic; the children loved the chess table in the lobby. The hotel is located right next to a plaza, making it a very convenient location.
Service: Finding the parking lot took a little time, but the front desk staff kindly and patiently guided us.

Nadia THEverything was perfect excepted the mattress is too soft and it makes your back pain.
For Breakfast : Suggestion on all vegan drink, please make sure that the open date is not too long that suggested on the box otherwise the taste gonna gone off like I experienced Chocolate Soya ( it tasted sour already)
Also, it would be nice if you have the signs tell what each item is due to not everyone knows and some they don’t eat pork, beef or chicken.

The hotel has a fantastic location, and the staff's service is excellent. They're very attentive and pay attention to every detail, from welcoming us to bidding us farewell. They even carry your luggage to your room. The pillows are very comfortable, and the soundproofing is great. Plus, they have a terrace with views of part of the city. We're leaving very happy!

The hotel with the largest room I've ever stayed in Europe, it's awesome!
And I was given a room on the first floor, where I could drink coffee outside, which was very comfortable. The hotel is also well soundproofed, and it's especially quiet at night.

Hotel Portinari in Bruges is a gem! The modern design is both stylish and inviting, creating a lovely atmosphere. My room was comfortable and well-appointed, making it a perfect retreat. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the city’s main attractions. The friendly staff added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Bruges!

Comfortable and clean. Last time I came here for a day trip, I found a free parking lot at Park & Ride, which was a 10-minute walk from the hotel. So I parked my car there this time. Perfect!

Friendly staff, lovely hotel, buffet breakfast was good value and convenient. Location was spot on and the family room was cosy, clean and had loads of space. Nuts from mini bar were cheaper than in the supermarket which we couldn’t believe. Only downside was the shower head wouldn’t stay in the holder so we had to hold it to shower which was a shame. Overall we would return if we came back to Bruges.

carrefour convenient store just below the building, is a superb location
Hotel is clean and cozy.

The location is excellent and it is very convenient to go to various attractions. If you drive yourself, it is a bit difficult to get in and out of the hotel. The car is clearly parked next door, but it took half an hour to get to the hotel entrance (one-way street + road closure)
