Very nice experience. The room is spacious for 3 persons, clean and tidy with aircon and all the amenities you need. It is located right next to the old town near old bridge, with supermarket, restaurants, souven shops, late night kebab shops and convenient store near by. The host is very nice and extremely helpful. Our flixbus delayed a lot and we arrived late at night, host was very communicative and welcomed us warmly, helping us with the luggage and check in, suggesting places where we can still have dinner. He also helped us with our luggage storage after check out and even helped us with calling taxi to bus station late night. The hospitality from him was superb. Will definitely recommend everyone to stay in Pansion infinity when visiting Mostar. Thank you so much for all the help! Best stay ever!

Very nice small hotel with friendly staffs, everything was simple and clean, room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the car park. Breakfast was nice too, everything’s fresh but if u want coffee need to trouble the waiter to pour for you, not self serving, but they were very happy to assist. The price for no. of guests staying varies, so make sure you enter correctly. Overall very happy here.

The location is very good, very close to Perast and not far from Kotor. The sea view is beautiful. The room is spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom is a bit small. The owner is very friendly and took the initiative to help with the luggage without any tips. It is highly recommended

The room was very nice, very clean and comfortable. The navigation on Amap was wrong. This place is very close to the train station, about five minutes away. There is a sign saying ”happy apartment” at the door. Be sure to look for it, otherwise it will be hard to find. It is on the opposite side of the map.

The hotel was decent. Restaurants are just a short walk away (straight ahead, then a right turn), and guests can even buy groceries and cook their own meals. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; they printed my invitation letter, flight tickets, and hotel itinerary at no charge, and also assisted me with ordering food delivery and arranging taxis. It's conveniently located very close to the airport, and even after checking out today, getting to the bus station by taxi only took about 5 minutes.

We booked the most expensive room for its bridge view. Finally, whatwe got in return was a huge wall 2 meters away from the window which is not even similar to the view and blocks everything. Later, we learned that the photos in the ad were taken from the building next door, which is currently under renovation. Despite everything, we would like to thank the hotel staff for the taxi they provided us to reach our next stop.

We were in Mostar during the off season and the hotel staff Ms Lela was kind enough to upgrade our room since the room we booked was on the top floor and was very small. It would be quite difficult to carry a luggage up the stairs as they did not have any elevators and both my husband and I are over 60 yrs old. The other lady on duty, Ms Elma was also very helpful in helping us to arrange for a taxi in Mostar and transport to Sarajevo. The location was near the old town..easy access to walk to the old bridge. Near a big supermarket . I would recommend Sinan Han . They are scheduled for some upgrading works and additional rooms so maybe there would be a elevator installed for easy access to the rooms.

The hotel is not near the old bridge, so it is very quiet at night. It is very close to the train station and the bus station, almost a kilometer away. There are also restaurants nearby for a few minutes, and you can go to the old bridge in more than ten minutes, but the room has no free water.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location as well! Situated in the old town, it is extremely near many of the highlights of Mostar. Another thing is that the pavements in the old town are not great for suitcases which is another point in Hotel Emen's favour - they are at one of the entrances to Hotel Emen so you don't need to carry your luggage very far at all!
