Super location and the equipment was also great. Overwhelmingly the friendliness and service was of both.

Very nice small hotel with friendly staffs, everything was simple and clean, room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the car park. Breakfast was nice too, everything’s fresh but if u want coffee need to trouble the waiter to pour for you, not self serving, but they were very happy to assist. The price for no. of guests staying varies, so make sure you enter correctly. Overall very happy here.

The hotel was decent. Restaurants are just a short walk away (straight ahead, then a right turn), and guests can even buy groceries and cook their own meals. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; they printed my invitation letter, flight tickets, and hotel itinerary at no charge, and also assisted me with ordering food delivery and arranging taxis. It's conveniently located very close to the airport, and even after checking out today, getting to the bus station by taxi only took about 5 minutes.

The location is very good, very close to Perast and not far from Kotor. The sea view is beautiful. The room is spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom is a bit small. The owner is very friendly and took the initiative to help with the luggage without any tips. It is highly recommended

Hotel location is excellent, three to five minutes is the center of the old city, there are many tourists, but the hotel is quiet. The facilities are complete and several service staff are very warm and kind. Provide day tour charter service. There is a courtyard and swimming pool, and it is also very pleasant to sit and chat.

The hotel is not near the old bridge, so it is very quiet at night. It is very close to the train station and the bus station, almost a kilometer away. There are also restaurants nearby for a few minutes, and you can go to the old bridge in more than ten minutes, but the room has no free water.

The hotel room was very spacious, with large beds and a good smart TV. It was a bit dark because one of the spotlights wasn't working. The bathroom had a few minor issues but was otherwise fine. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was excellent, and the food at the hotel restaurant was also good. The prices were comparable to, or even slightly cheaper than, other restaurants. We had dinner there and it was enjoyable. The pool and the changing rooms with lockers were also good. The location isn't near the bridge or in the city center. It's about a half-hour walk or an easy taxi ride. The bus isn't always reliable, so keep that in mind.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location as well! Situated in the old town, it is extremely near many of the highlights of Mostar. Another thing is that the pavements in the old town are not great for suitcases which is another point in Hotel Emen's favour - they are at one of the entrances to Hotel Emen so you don't need to carry your luggage very far at all!

The room is really small, the shower is fatter, the turn is difficult, the breakfast is good, the service is very good, the luggage is convenient, just in the ancient town, there are buses nearby, the transportation is convenient, there is a swimming pool and sauna, but I have no experience

Decent hotel, good four, breakfast is very delicious and varied. Stopped here with the family for two nights. No complaints about the service staff. Standard room with amenities (shower cabin), comfortable, clean. There is a TV, wi-fi (given a one-time password for the stay), but there is no refrigerator and teapot. The view of the city and mountains, the location is successful but far from the Old City. Near shops, all the necessary infrastructure.
