SStephenL09The residence apartment is fantastic. Spacious, clean, with elevator. It is in a brand new building. Just 10 minutes easy walk to the old town with sightseeing, shopping and eating.
My only suggestion to the owner is to write down the driving directions turn by turn from the main street to the parking garage which is actually very nice and safe. But the maps navigation gave me a hard time going through some narrow and chaotic streets and a residential apartments complex. In reality, the parking garage entrance is only few feet from a major artery with an easy access.

WWeiDespite being touted as Mostar's best 5-star hotel, my actual experience was quite underwhelming. It felt more akin to a 3-star-plus hotel.
First off, the location isn't ideal; it's quite a distance from the Old Bridge area. Secondly, the in-room amenities were very basic and certainly not up to 5-star standards. For instance, the safe was difficult to operate, there was no conditioner, and no weighing scale. The showerhead was also quite dated. Thirdly, the service was subpar and not particularly warm or welcoming.
Breakfast was decent, but the 'orange juice' was clearly diluted, more like flavored water, and certainly not freshly squeezed.
All in all, it's acceptable for a one-night stopover, but if you truly want to experience the Old Bridge, a UNESCO World Heritage site, I'd highly recommend staying at any hotel located closer to or within the heritage area itself.

TThomasliudafaThe hotel is conveniently located close to the highway; at the same time, about 5 minutes walk from the ancient street bridge in Mostar, the location is excellent; the breakfast is very rich and delicious, especially the fried chicken and fried eggplant box, which is a feature; the restaurant staff service attitude is very good, very friendly to us;
The family room we booked has a large space and comfortable beds. The only downside is that it is a bit cold and needs to be covered with a quilt;
The view of the hotel is great. At night, you can see the lights of the ancient city. During the day, you can overlook the Neretwa River Valley. From the early morning clouds to the blue sky and white clouds in the morning, the scenery is pleasant!
Highly recommend friends who come to Mostar for free travel, come and stay! Very nice hotel!
