"The Mepas Hotel is only 20-30 minutes walk from the old town. There is also a shopping mall with supermarket right below the hotel. The room is very spacious and can offer all you need from a 5 - star hotel. Mostar is definitely a very nice place for a one to two days visit."

What really made the experience special was Ekrem, the owner. He is incredibly kind and helpful — truly going beyond expectations. We ended up extending our stay for a couple more days and briefly mentioned an issue we needed to solve before leaving Mostar. Without hesitation, he offered his help and gave his time and effort to support us in every possible way. I honestly can’t find the right words to express how much we appreciate his kindness and hospitality. 🙌"

"We were in Mostar during the off season and the hotel staff Ms Lela was kind enough to upgrade our room since the room we booked was on the top floor and was very small. It would be quite difficult to carry a luggage up the stairs as they did not have any elevators and both my husband and I are over 60 yrs old. The other lady on duty, Ms Elma was also very helpful in helping us to arrange for a taxi in Mostar and transport to Sarajevo. The location was near the old town..easy access to walk to the old bridge. Near a big supermarket . I would recommend Sinan Han . They are scheduled for some upgrading works and additional rooms so maybe there would be a elevator installed for easy access to the rooms."

He even waited up until 0130 for our arrival due to delays on our coach arrival. The apartment is perfect. Brand new and spotless with everything you could possibly need. It is in a quiet area whilst still being only 15 minutes walk to the old bridge area. If staying in Mostar we would definitely say to take a look here. Thanks again Karsten"
