She is so serious when she is working without smile and let our family wait so long without any reason. The hotel is pretty new and clean, and there is a shuttle bus to universal, its convenient. The room is enough big for family and the swimming pool is good too. We stay three nights, i need to recommend a lady named “Lisa Robinson”. She is so kind and nice. Thanks for her help."

"This is a great hotel to stay at when you're planning a trip to Epic Universe. The hotel is just a few minutes walk into the theme park with its own entry point the convenience cannot be beat. I really love the pool though and its just a few minutes to go back into the hotel and cool off at the pool during a hot day and then you can head right back into the theme park. The bar at the pool is great and the service was top-notch with the server running me frozen drinks to my seat. The rooftop bar is nice too, but surprisingly I liked the pool more. The room was clean and comfortable, but I barely spent any time in there besides for sleeping. Rooms ran over $800 when this hotel first opened but prices have now come back down to Earth, especially for Florida residents and passholders who I think should really make it a point to visit. Parking is simple. I am going back in a few weeks for my second visit and excited!"

"This is a hotel I would never stay at again. The good points were the location and the fact that I could see fireworks from my room. There are many bad points, but one is that there are too few elevators, so you have to wait a long time. There are also too few staff, so it's unclear where to wait. The monorail stops running when it rains. I had my suitcase delivered from another hotel, but they said they didn't know where it was, even though it was at the hotel. It took a very long time. The shower water pressure is extremely weak."

Had a rusty sprinkler and the air con leaked on to the bathroom floor and your head if underneath it. But the pool is great and you are minutes walk from Disney springs, I read the previous reviews and would still say the value is good overall if you are just there to visit parks."
