We had booked two rooms for two people, but she said there was only one room available. When we showed her the Ctrip booking confirmation, she told us we were being emotional and needed to 'calm down.' She then threatened to cancel our reservation. Seriously? Absolutely ******! This hotel is nowhere near the standard of the Hilton we stayed at in New Jersey. Absolutely not recommended!"

"The hotel is very big and our Room was on the other side of the lobby area but we had pool in the yard and a quiet Room so it was very nice. Also the service was good and you could just text to the reseption any request or questions and they answered quickly. We met Gru in the lobby one day, i dont know how much characters visit the hotel but it was nice to meet Gru. Overall We were happy with our stay."

"I simply couldn't give anything less than a glowing review! I truly never expected such an amazing experience to happen to us! We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay; the hotel staff were warm and polite, and the room was beautiful, clean, and tidy. However, it wasn't until our flight landed back home that I realized I had left my laptop at the hotel. It contained all my notes and data, which were extremely important. I called the hotel, and a front desk staff member named Jessica patiently and enthusiastically listened to my situation. She proactively contacted the housekeeping department to inquire, and less than half an hour later, she called back to tell me that a Ms. Hoor from housekeeping had found the laptop and it was now safely stored at the hotel. After I emailed my shipping address, Jessica immediately sent the laptop out that very day, and I received the international shipment less than four days later, hardly missing any work at all! I am incredibly grateful! Special shout-outs to these two staff members: Hoor and Jessica. I don't know how to express my gratitude in words!!"

"Myself and a friend visited from May23rd thru May 25th and overall the stay was just ok. When we arrived to the hotel after a day at the Hollywood Studios park about 3pm it took well over 1 hour for the bell service to deliver our luggage which we had dropped off at 10am at the suggestion of the agent who made my reservations. I was disappointed that no one explained that housekeeping is every other day. We had to ask for fresh towels no knowing our used ones would not be replaced. The nearest food stop is the Spyglass Grille which needs a larger kitchen and dining area as by staying at the Barbados Rooms which was a good hike to bring our food back to eat sitting down as the dining area was over flowing. ALSO THE TYPICAL ORDER TAKES 20 MINUTES TO BE READY FOR PICK UP IN THE MORNINGS! Plus items on the menu they ran out of or had been changed but not on the outside menu board. The bus transportation to Animal Kingdom was late. The Skyliner is such a great way to move from the parks to the resort but not available for Animal Kingdom. Too Bad...So Sad! The room was ok but the shower operation using 2 handles was confusing and not what you'd expect at a high end resort. Using a 1 handle system is cheaper and more like what most people have in their homes and are used to using."

"Stayed for three nights. I checked in late on the first day and couldn't see any pool view from the pool view room. There was noise in the room and it was not repaired at 2 am. Even if there is no mineral water, slippers, toothbrushes, etc., the main problem is that there is no quilt, so I can only ask them for a blanket like a bath towel, and the bed sheets are very frizzy. The good thing is that I changed rooms the next day and had a good view. Moreover, there are many bus trips to and from Universal, which is more convenient, and you can enter the park one hour early."
