Pleasant stay, clean hotel, helpful staff. Maybe some extra shower gel would be helpful , 1 soap bar and tiny shampoo was a bit small. I didnt like the wardrobe style toilet door. Not having ventilation or windows in the bathroom + not able to open windows in the room and having a toilet door that doesnt close completely can make things uncomfortable . Elevator was extremely slow. this is more for the visitors of the hotel : there was the tendency people just sitting at the corridors and speak loud. That was a bit annoying / not sure why someone has to be outside of his room at have a video call. Overall though was a pleasant stay. I cannot judge the location as we had a car and we were comfortable to go around where we needed.

This Best Western was exactly what we needed when we took my son to UCF Orientation. It was affordable, the room was nice, and the staff was friendly. Be sure to join their rewards program. I booked two nights and will get one free to use in the fall.

I would like to take a moment and tell you about the best experience I've ever had a t a hotel all thanks to a young man named (Key) at the front desk. It was Friday before Memorial Day weekend and I was at home in Alabama and planned to arrive middle of the next week for work. My co worker was staying at another hotel and got a phone call saying they would not hold a few packages for him that we called and verified was ok to fed ex to their location. After looking at flights and logistically figuring out a direction to go get our packages and not ruin my holiday I decided I was gonna call the courtyard and see if they would hold my packages until I arrived. I was met with a positive attitude and a young man with the respect of a saint. I explained my dilemma and Key immediately asked me if I would hold for a second all while apologizing for the other hotels negative experience. Key came back to the phone and said he would personally go pick the boxes up and hold them at the Courtyard until I arrived. I was blown away at the work ethic and the level of customer service he provided. This is going above and beyond and treating people like you would like to be treated. This is exactly why I will always stay here in the future while in the area. I would also like to thank GM Adrianna for hiring such an amazing young man and front desk attendees Alvin, Alexa, Aubrey, Justin, and Angelo. I appreciate the amazing experience and so will you if you stay in the area. Great job team. Matt Pearce- Alabama- Roll Tide!

We arrived on Friday June 16th and stayed until Sunday. First, when I checked in the Thursday night before, I checked in on the Hilton Honors app, requested room 353 that overlooked the pool. -When we arrived, Trinity gave us a different room and would not give us a reason why it was changed and gave us the 2 room key cards. We had to come back to the front desk twice to exchange keys that didn’t open the door. In the end, only one of the keys worked and we gave up. -Another family with children had to come back 3 times to get new keys that did not work and they were visibly upset. -During our stay, we found 3 live roaches: in the nightstand drawer and 2 on the toilet seat. -Our room had a musty smell. Oddly, the lobby smelled great but the hallways and elevator were hot (without AC?) and smelled musty. -Our daughter did not want to swim since there we so many leaves in the pool. -We complained to the staff but they said they cannot issue a refund on the HH points. -This location does not represent our previous experiences with Hilton properties and we will never visit this location again.

We booked the Homewood brand as it’s a very nice product from Hilton I stay in Hilton for work and pleasure and I’m always very happy with my stays. This reservation was for 50 nights for my winter holidays away from the snow. I chose Homewood in Alafaya so I can have a mixture of being close to Cocoa Beach (45min) and being in Orlando close to all activities and shopping. Staff are great, polite, attentive to our requests and breakfast is great o start the day. Pool is clean heated and well designed. Laundry facilities are perfect and 2$ per wash or dry. We brought our dogs and all is great for them too. Overall it’s a great choice.
