Hotels in Lake Buena Vista / Downtown Disney, Orlando

This is a very nice and well-maintained hotel that, overall, makes a good impression, especially considering the price. It has a beautiful lobby with a small convenience store for groceries, a bar, and information about local tours and activities. The room's furnishings aren't brand new – the curtain was torn and the furniture showed usual wear and tear – but it was clean and free of any unwelcome pests. The bathroom was spotless and came with good quality shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. The towels smelled fresh and were pleasant to use. There was also a small fridge and a safe, as well as an iron and ironing board. I relied on the Lynx Bus, and there's a stop right in front of the hotel for line 350, which runs every 30 minutes from Orlando Downtown to Disney Springs. Several restaurants and supermarkets are within a 5-10 minute walk. This hotel is perfect if you want something close to Disney parks and affordable. I didn't have a rental car for two weeks, and everything was manageable with Lynx buses or Uber/Lyft.

After booking, you can contact customer service for the confirmation code. Link it to the Disney app to get a head start on FastPass+ selections 7 days in advance. The hotel offers a shuttle bus, which is very convenient. The breakfast isn't expensive either. The environment is quite nice. Around 1000 a night during off-peak season, which is great value for money.

This place is amazing!! I stayed at bldg 11 with a pool view. I’ve been in FL for 10 years and never heard of this place so I decided to take a quick weekend getaway my my granddaughter and youngest daughter. We had a blast!! The rooms are really nice, very clean! The staff are friendly, very helpful, and accommodating! I was able to book an extra night in the same room after my booking was already confirmed! Kimberly at the guest checking counter took very good care of me. The location of this is very convenient since it is pretty much close to everything such as theme parks, stores and plenty of places to eat! This is a must visit type of place!

Hotel is Beautiful & location is Great. We had a standard 2 queen room which was pretty bare. Bed was fine, but just one armchair which was Very hard! We normally stay in a 2bedroom villa on property so this was a disappointment. The Mercado restaurant chicken bowl was Delicious, & Toledo Restaurant is Fabulous!!!

I had a prepaid booking. They charged 800$ for incidentals with the POS that gave the “Approved” status. We spend like 1k and they locked us outside of the room and asked us to pay this again the whole amount. They did not recognize the initial payment. Front desk guy Christian very rood, pushing it to the edge of snapping. Eventually I asked to speak to the manager on duty..he got at the front desk in 20-30 minutes, apologizing and saying that everything is ok with the initial payment. We spent 1 hour locked outside by this “system error” The service at the Sofia (downstirs restaurant) is very poor because of the kitchen staff. The roof top restaurant is quite nice for dinner. I waited 30 min for the valet to bring my car. The have no f idea of what they’re doing. You can get only inroom dining after 10pm. Shuttle service only to Disney parks.

The hotel facilities are good. You can see a corner of Disney's fireworks from the room. The hotel has a dedicated shuttle bus to take guests to several Disney parks at fixed times, which is very convenient.

We were going to stay at a Disney resort hotel, but cost was a factor. Then we saw Drury hotel. Book this place. 100% book this place. Rooms: Our standard room is large, very good AC, fridge, coffee machine and microwave are all in the room. Bed is clean, large, comfortable, with many pillows. There is a large table with 2 chairs and a dressing table with another chair. And there is still so much room to move around. Windows are super large and offer a great view. A iron and ironing board, safe and area to hang clothes are also in the room Bathroom Large, clean towels everyday, but the only negative I would say is that the shower head is an overhead one without a handheld attachment. This downside is overshadowed by the other hotel features. Food Breakfast is 7-10am. Consists of eggs, pancakes, bagels, bread, yogurt, biscuits/crumpets, waffles int he shape of micky mouse, oatmeal, other cereal, tea, coffee, soft drinks and juice. All made fresh, all tastes good. The best thing about this place is what they call the ‘kickback. From 5.30-7.30pm everyday they serve dinner. Each day has a different menu but it’s usually chicken, veg, salad, all the same drink options from breakfast, hotdogs, burgers, and much more. The environment is quite good, clean and comfortable. The front desk service attitude is also excellent. The hotel has a large public area, and there's a swimming pool. All the facilities are quite new, making for a very comfortable stay. There's also a shuttle bus to Disneyland.

Très belle chambre , propre et spacieuse . Hôtel très grand et assez mal conçu pour accéder aux différentes commodités . J’ignore si c’est parce que l’hôtel était très fréquenté mais service assez lent ( bagagerie, restauration, nettoyage des chambres… ) Un peu cher pour les services proposés qui pour moi ne sont pas à la hauteur du deluxe

Overall the hotel was great. We had a beautiful view of Disney Springs and enjoyed every second of that. However one of the night we were there the room next to us was partying a little too hard. At 12:30 AM they were playing music and singing karaoke. We called the front desk and they didn’t do anything so after 30 minutes of waiting we went downstairs to the front desk and asked them to send someone up. We could literally hear them when we got off the elevator and we they were 2 rooms off the end. When security did end up coming up and telling them to quiet down or they were going to kick them out they ended up leaving for the night. Other than that 10/10 experience!
