"Absolutely loved it! Brand new hotel with the friendliest staff! If you are looking for a place to stay in Da Lat, just book this hotel (at 11 Phan Nhu Thach). It’s amazing and totally worth the money! *Great Location: Super convenient! It’s surrounded by tons of places to eat, and you can easily walk to Da Lat Market and the Hoa Binh area. No need to worry about traffic or catching a taxi. *Super New Rooms: I checked in just 2 days after their opening, so everything was untouched and sparkling clean! The furniture and amenities are modern and high-quality. Definitely book the room with the bathtub—it’s perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking. *Nice Little Details: The balcony has an automatic watering system, and there are 3 elevators so you never have to wait long. The fire safety system feels very professional and safe. Also, for those riding motorbikes, the parking basement slope is gentle and super easy to drive down. *Amazing Staff: The service here is top-notch. Everyone—from the luggage guard and parking staff to the housekeepers—is polite and always greets you with a warm smile. Big thanks to the front desk team who were incredibly cheerful and welcoming from check-in until the moment we got into our car to leave. Special shout-out to Mr. Tu for being so helpful and sweet! *Price: Very reasonable price for such a premium experience. 11/10! I will definitely come back next time I’m in Da Lat!"

"The hotel is simply amazing, it has everything you need and more: very clean, everything is new, we had a room with a balcony and a view of the city 😍 They brought clean towels and all the toiletries every day. The location is also perfect – everything is close by: cafes, restaurants, markets, the embankment. The bathroom has a boiler, so there's always hot water. There's no mold, and everything smells pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel 😍"

"Had a wonderful stay at this new hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer a great view. A special shoutout to the hotel staff, who are incredibly helpful and always eager to assist. In particular, Quyen at the reception was fantastic—she checked in on us daily via the hotel's WhatsApp to ensure we were enjoying our stay and had everything we needed. A quick tip: When booking a Grab, drivers can easily miss the entrance slope. If you are getting picked up and your driver seems lost, just ask the front desk—the staff are more than happy to call them and guide them to the lobby. Similarly, when returning to the hotel, keep an eye out and be sure to alert your driver as you approach so they don't drive past the entrance."

"The hotel is new, very clean, located in a quiet place with a beautiful view.. Not far from the city, it takes only 10 minutes by car and 2 US dollars by taxi to the centre. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable.  Would be nice if they served breakfast in the hotel and had a small desk in the room to allow people to work from their hotel rooms."

"The location is excellent, right by the main road making transportation very convenient. There's also a plaza/large supermarket next door, and it's only a 15-minute walk to the night market. However, the hotel photos are a bit misleading compared to reality. I thought there would be a bathtub based on the pictures, but there wasn't. Plus, the shower pressure was weak and the water temperature was hard to control, which was a bit disappointing."

"The hotel is new and clean. The room decor and furnishings are tastefully done. The views from the room, the lobby, and the hotel's cafe are open and beautiful. The walking path outside is lovely. The hotel offers free parking and baggage storage services outside of your stay. The staff members are very helpful."

"I recently stayed at La Yến Đà Lạt, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable parts of my trip to Đà Lạt. The hotel has a warm, homelike atmosphere that instantly makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. The design is charming—cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated with a lot of natural touches that match the peaceful vibe of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Their hospitality truly made a difference. I especially want to give kudos to manager Minh. There was few issues during my last day, but Minh handled the service recovery with exceptional professionalism and kindness. His quick response and genuine care made the experience even better. My room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful valley view. I especially loved the quiet surroundings—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring. Highly recommended for both the beautiful property and the outstanding hospitality!"

"Receptionist is very efficient & courteous. Spacious reception & dining area. Room is clean & tidy, but small (no chair, one has to use the bed as chair for the table). Toilet is clean, tidy & quite spacious. However, one of the holder of toilet bowl lid is broken. Facilities inside room: water boiling kettle, wifi, TV (no channel & no remote control), hot shower, toiletries like liquid soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, ear cotton buds, shaver, standing fan, slippers, etc. No hair hairdryer. Nice comfortable bed & pillows. Complementary 2 bottled water, 2 sachets of coffee & 2 tea bags per day. Cafes & restaurants nearby. Safe area. Only complaint: as most hotel in Vietnam, the door & wall of the room are quite thin, & if there is noise from the walkway outside the room, it can be heard very clearly from the room (noise from other hotel guests or room cleaner in the morning). The cleaner will shout from room to room in the morning asking for room cleaning service & this will disturb sleeping guests. When there is no answer, the cleaner will assume that there is no guests inside the room & will open the door using the masterkey. This is not the correct way to do the daily room cleaning service! The management of the hotel should buy tags (request for room-cleaning or do-not-disturb tag) that can be hanged on door knobs as done in many hotels."

"The perfect place to unwind and recharge! If you're looking for some peace and quiet and enjoy pristine nature, this hotel is perfect for you! It's located at the very end of the lake, where the road ends, so you'll be completely undisturbed. The staff is incredibly helpful. They showed us the way to the panoramic observation deck and even gave us a thermos of hot tea. Rooms: The rooms are simply one-of-a-kind, very cozy and comfortable. Atmosphere: The perfect location to completely escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Thank you so much for an unforgettable vacation! Suggestion for the hotel: It would be great to rent boats and SUP boards right by the lake so guests can go for a swim (for an additional fee, of course). This would make your vacation even more active and interesting! Definitely come here; you won't regret it!"
