New Hotels in Dalat

"We really liked the hotel. We spent a long time choosing it because it was important to us that the room had a bathtub, but most options only had a shower. Ultimately, we made the right choice; the room was just like the picture. Hot water was available 24/7 (you have to wait for the cold water to drain), which, as I understand it, is rare in Dalat. Cleaning was daily, and shower amenities were replenished. The room wasn't too cold or too hot; with the balcony open, it was fresh and slightly cool. If you leave the balcony open overnight, mosquitoes can get in; you'll need to bring something to repel them. The room also had air conditioning, or a split-type unit, possibly for heating the room, but we didn't use it. Drinks are available in the refrigerator for an additional fee; the price list is also in the folder in the room. The hotel is located near a lake, within walking distance of a Go supermarket, which is practically across the street, as well as a night market. The central square is also within 10-15 minutes, and Crazy House, a Catholic church, and other places are also within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful. They speak English, or can translate. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel."

"Receptionist is very efficient & courteous. Spacious reception & dining area. Room is clean & tidy, but small (no chair, one has to use the bed as chair for the table). Toilet is clean, tidy & quite spacious. However, one of the holder of toilet bowl lid is broken. Facilities inside room: water boiling kettle, wifi, TV (no channel & no remote control), hot shower, toiletries like liquid soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, ear cotton buds, shaver, standing fan, slippers, etc. No hair hairdryer. Nice comfortable bed & pillows. Complementary 2 bottled water, 2 sachets of coffee & 2 tea bags per day. Cafes & restaurants nearby. Safe area. Only complaint: as most hotel in Vietnam, the door & wall of the room are quite thin, & if there is noise from the walkway outside the room, it can be heard very clearly from the room (noise from other hotel guests or room cleaner in the morning). The cleaner will shout from room to room in the morning asking for room cleaning service & this will disturb sleeping guests. When there is no answer, the cleaner will assume that there is no guests inside the room & will open the door using the masterkey. This is not the correct way to do the daily room cleaning service! The management of the hotel should buy tags (request for room-cleaning or do-not-disturb tag) that can be hanged on door knobs as done in many hotels."

"房間很乾凈，前台非常的熱情友善，英文也説的很好，很用心地給我們推薦美食，推薦的美食也很不錯，很有當地風味，甚至還給我們預訂位置，真是太貼心了，雖然後麪因為瓶裝水的問題而有點點不愉快，但是我覺得那主要是因為我自己的原因，所以導致對這個規定有不同的想法，但是這不是酒店的問題，是我自己的問題，後面也很妥善的解決了，酒店很舒服，所處位置安靜又方便，是一次很不錯的體驗，早餐也很好吃，負責早餐的工作人員也很友善，下次來大叻還是會來這一家酒店，希望酒店越做越好！"

"Great hotel, but I'd recommend booking a room with air conditioning. It can be chilly in the date, but the smaller rooms can get a bit stuffy (I had a vintage room with a balcony, and no A/C). The staff are lovely, breakfast is excellent, and the location is perfect! Definitely worth the money."

"The hotel is simply amazing, it has everything you need and more: very clean, everything is new, we had a room with a balcony and a view of the city 😍 They brought clean towels and all the toiletries every day. The location is also perfect – everything is close by: cafes, restaurants, markets, the embankment. The bathroom has a boiler, so there's always hot water. There's no mold, and everything smells pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel 😍"

"The hotel is perfectly located, close to the night market and the madhouse. You can rent a scooter on site, but keep in mind that rentals are by the day, not by the day (24 hours), so it's best to rent as early as possible and return before midnight. I didn't like that there was no curtain or partition in the toilet and shower area. There's also no ventilation in the room—basically, none at all! So, everything will be damp, and condensation on the windows is guaranteed. Another annoying thing is that the room wasn't fully prepared for our arrival. For example, we had two bottles of water in the room, one of which was open and half empty. A spoon was also missing, but the list of penalties includes a clause about items provided in rooms. We had to go to reception to ask for a spoon for the set."

"Excellent hotel! Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Convenient location, next to there are shops, cafes and transportation. The settlement was fast, staff were always ready to help on any matters. Breakfasts are delicious and varied. Rest was satisfied, the price and quality ratio is good. We'll be happy to stop here again."

"I can not rate this hotel any higher,It’s the home away from home that everyone wants on there trip,It’s brand new with everything in the hotel being of top quality,The cleanliness is perfect,The staff work hard every day to make sure everything is sparkling,Our room was just beautiful,Massive bed and so comfortable,The best pillows you could ask for,Myself Mr Aaron and my wife Mrs Carrie are travelling from Australia on a 7 week tour of Vietnam,We travelled to beautiful Delat ,Little paris,The city of flowers and we were truly blown away by La Thong boutique hotel,The owners are so inviting and the staff truly go out of there way to help you in anyway,Resection staff have great English speaking skills witch helps so much,Neil was our go to man for anything we needed to know or wanted ,Can’t express the gratitude we have for him,We we’re lucky enough to be invited to there grand opening,And what a great day was had by so many family and friends there,The rooms are cleaned daily we have not come across this in anyway other hotel stay in Vietnam,With fresh water,Tea and coffee provided in the rooms you can just lay back and feel very relaxed,La Thong offers a great breakfast every morning from 7 am the chef is wonderful and his flavour in his food is 10/10 Catering for all customers,We truly loved our stay here and we will be back for sure,I must say after 5 nights staying here we feel more like family than guests,Make sure you stay at this great hotel while staying in Delat 8 hrs by bus north of Ho chi minh city,Tell them Mr Aaron and Mrs carrie sent you ,"

"I really liked this hotel! It's large, new, and offers excellent service. Security guards greet guests upon arrival and assist with parking. Hot ginger tea is offered at reception upon check-in, a very nice touch. The hotel and rooms have a pleasant aroma. The room is spacious and bright, everything is clean and new. The bed is huge and comfortable, with crisp white linens and towels. It's clear that every detail has been thought through. The breakfasts are excellent, with a wide selection to suit every taste. There are also several cafes and restaurants within the hotel building, and the prices are quite affordable. We had dinner at the Japanese restaurant, and it was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. I'd also like to highlight the excellent value for money – for the price, this hotel is simply excellent. We received much more than we expected. We hope the hotel continues to maintain such a high level of service; we will definitely be back."
