"Everything was clean and comfortable in the room. However, parking was a bit difficult, and the TV only had regular channels, no cable. There was also no place to put toiletries in the bathroom. Otherwise, everything else was fine."

"We booked two villas for a week at this brand new adults only resort and had a wonderful experience overall. It is clear no expense has been spared in creating this beautiful complex of seven villas surrounding a stunning central pool, all set within meticulously landscaped gardens. The owners and staff deserve real credit for the care, attention to detail, and pride they have invested in creating such a relaxing and welcoming environment. What we loved: * The staff were genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Well done to the entire team. * The villas are beautifully designed, spacious, and very well appointed. * Each villa has a lovely private patio, providing a perfect space to relax outdoors. * The entire resort is immaculately maintained, with daily housekeeping available if desired. * The swimming pool is luxurious, and its setting amongst the gardens is simply superb. * Complimentary bicycles with locks are a thoughtful addition. * Fresh bottled drinking water is provided daily. * Being an adults-only resort is a huge advantage, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. * It was lovely to meet and chat with the owners, who live next door and clearly care deeply about the resort. As a new resort, there are just a few improvements that would certainly elevate the guest experience even further. Suggestions: Breakfast was the key area that fell below the otherwise excellent standard. Vegetarian options were extremely limited, despite advising we were vegetarian, with much of the buffet left uncovered, attracting insects and leading to leftover food / unnecessary waste. Fried eggs were housed in with the meat selection, which may not suit some guests. Tea was also unavailable at breakfast. A simple made-to-order breakfast menu with a small selection of fresh options (such as yoghurt and granola, smoothie bowls, omelettes, eggs, pancakes, etc.), alongside covered pastries, toast, fruit, tea, and coffee, would provide greater choice, fresher food, significantly reduce leftover over, and better reflect the quality of the resort it aspires to. Breakfast Accessibility is challenging during inclement weather. The breakfast buffet is set up in the small reception area, which requires a short outdoor walk from each villa. Outside reception there are only four small tables with parasols for guests to dine. When it rains, which is on most days during the wet season, it is impractical to sit outside, leaving guests with no option but to carry trays of food back to their villas through torrential rain or avoid breakfast paid for. Our breakfast experience on our last day was ruined due to torrential rain. The reception area itself is not configured to accommodate indoor breakfast seated tables, making the overall breakfast experience highly inconvenient in regular wet weather. Providing a covered or indoor dining area would significantly improve the guest experience and better reflect the quality of the resort it aspires to. Wi-Fi was intermittent throughout our stay and unavailable for almost two full days. Reliable internet is increasingly important, particularly for guests combining leisure with remote work. The above improvement suggestions are offered with genuine positive intent. This is already an outstanding boutique resort, and a few relatively simple improvements, particularly to the breakfast offering, would elevate it among the best adults only retreats in the area. We would happily recommend staying here and hope our feedback helps make an already wonderful resort even better for future guests. We look forward to seeing the resort flourish in the years ahead."

"Magnificent hotel! The hotel has been recently renovated, everything is spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping is excellent. The bedding is fantastic, all sparkling white! The front desk staff are very pleasant. We booked three nights for 2100 rubles per night, but honestly, it should cost more! It's clear the owner is invested in the business; everything is so well-maintained. A special shout-out for the trash can on each floor – it's really convenient to be able to dispose of larger waste from your room. The hairdryer is excellent, not just a flimsy one like in many places, but a powerful, good quality dryer. There's a cool, modern TV, though we never watch it on vacation, it's still a nice touch. The hotel windows overlook a night market that operates Friday to Sunday – definitely worth a visit. There's another market behind the hotel and yet another just a 5-minute walk away, so you definitely won't go hungry. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO EVERYONE. THE STAFF ARE DOING A GREAT JOB, KEEP IT UP! 🤗"

"My stay here was very pleasant. The staff are friendly and helpful, and speak English very well. Since the hotel is still quite new, everything looks sleek and well-maintained. The breakfast is good, and you have the option for extra services like scooter rental, buying snacks, or borrowing a towel if you're heading to the beach. There are several eateries within walking distance, but if you truly want to experience Ao Nang, I'd recommend renting a scooter. The hotel is located on a side street, so thankfully it's not busy or noisy right outside. The air conditioning in the room is excellent and quiet. The TVs are Smart TVs and even have newer apps like Disney+. One thing I missed was a safe in the room for important belongings! Also, there wasn't a toilet paper holder. The water pressure is very good, but sometimes the water temperature fluctuates a bit. The hallways can be a bit noisy at times, but that's only annoying if other hotel guests aren't considerate of the time. I'd definitely give them a 9/10. Highly recommended!"

"A small hotel with a convenient location. The room lacked mugs for tea, there were only 2 glasses. There's a kettle and a drying rack for clothes. Shampoo and shower gel are only provided at check-in, but towels were changed daily. They only provide 2 brown towels and one for your feet. There's no convenient place to wash sand off your feet before entering the room. The bedding is decent, with two pillows per person. Some pillows are firm, some are soft. We didn't even turn on the TV, as we only slept in the room. The hotel grounds could use more greenery to be more visually appealing. For the price, it's probably an okay hotel. We used the pool once when we arrived before check-in. We were checked in strictly after 2 PM."

"The location is great, right on Klong Muang beach. Within walking distance of many eateries, massage places, laundry and convenience stores. The hotel name is not on grab yet but you can select Baan Tha Ley restaurant and Ma’s Sea Beach House is just beside it, look for the small blue seashell logo! The room is clean and bed and pillows super comfortable, aircon and hot water works well with good water pressure. Plenty of amenities provided: flip flops, bedroom slippers, bathrobes, beach towels, fridge and plenty of bottled water. There are only five rooms available so it seems like there are no full time staff around, but the hotel manager can always be reached on WhatsApp for cleaning requests and any other matter."

"Hotel is as photos and described is a bed in a narrow space with a fan and the a/c is turned on for the evening to sleep well. Owners are always available and very nice. Self laundry available downstairs. Plenty of restaurants, malls, market, museum and walking river area close by. Very clean, shampoo, soap, towel and blanket available. Super safe."

"This hotel is located almost at the very end of the main tourist street. It's quite a distance from the sea but close to large shops and a local market. The room was surprisingly small and cramped, only about 16 square meters, even though the website claimed it was over 30. The Wi-Fi also didn't work at all. On the first day, we waited for housekeeping, and despite asking five times, our room wasn't cleaned until we were informed that cleaning only happens after 2-3 PM. There were no hand towels, only bath towels. The shower is combined with the toilet, so when you shower, water gets all over the toilet too. Our windows faced the courtyard, with an unfinished building on one side, but it was mostly out of sight. We had a nice view of beautiful mountains and palm trees with coconuts. During the day, squirrels would come and play there. There's a balcony and a downstairs lobby with tables and a co-working area. A cold water dispenser is also available. It's an inexpensive hotel, fine for a couple of nights' stay given the price."

"Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay! The hotel was clean and comfortable, the service was warm and attentive, and the location was excellent, close to markets and restaurants, making it very convenient for getting around and dining. The quiet environment at night ensured a great night's rest, and we had a wonderful three days here. One small suggestion: Searching for the hotel name directly on Grab doesn't provide accurate location information; searching for ”N&D pool villa” will easily find it. You can refer to this suggestion."
