The room was well-priced, and the staff were lovely and provided excellent service. The only thing that needs improvement is the drain smell coming from the bathroom."

"This hotel uses a self-check-in system, so you have to retrieve passwords and such online or via email. I messed up and couldn't connect, but thankfully I bought a SIM card in town and managed to recover the situation."

They are incredibly kind-hearted, welcoming, and speak excellent English, making communication completely seamless. The property itself was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. To top it off, they kindly allowed me to check in early, which I deeply appreciated. Their genuine warmth and helpfulness made my trip special. Most importantly, they treated my parents so wonderfully and with so much respect. I cannot recommend this place enough! "I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel."

"A perfect place to stay. This place exceeded my expectation. I am beyond words. We travelled by car and we got to rest at this place. It was a landed property, we parked our car right in front of the house, easy to load off our luggages and away from the busy road and crowded place. It is not that far from central hatyai. With affordable price, you can get a house or a junior suite! WILL BOOK IT AGAIN DEFINITELY!"
