Mountain view Hotels in Hat Yai

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel’s location was good making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions for example hatyai village .the overall service exceeded my expectations. I would gladly return on my next visit to this hotel

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There's also plenty of parking. My only minor issue was with cleanliness; the first room we were given wasn't very clean, but the staff member promptly moved us to a new one. It would be perfect if they could double-check this a bit more.

I stayed at Subanan Resident in Hatyai and had a really good experience overall. The cleanliness is the first thing that stood out — the place is spotless, probably one of the cleanest I’ve stayed at in this price range. The service was also impressive. When I had an issue with the WiFi, I just gave them a call and the staff personally came over to hand me the code face-to-face. Check-in and check-out were both quick and smooth. Even on my first visit, the parking service was clear and well-organised, which made things easier. Location-wise, it’s not in the busy tourist area, which I actually liked. It’s surrounded by local houses, so the vibe is calmer and more relaxing. Within walking distance (about 4 minutes) there’s a Big C Mini, and a 7-Eleven about 7 minutes away. It’s a nice balance — not too far from convenience, but away from the tourist crowds and heat. As for amenities, they’re average. One of the rooms came with a Netflix account, while another didn’t, which was a bit inconsistent. Also, setting it up wasn’t the most straightforward — you need to switch between the TV remote and the Xiaomi box remote, which takes a little figuring out. Overall, if you value cleanliness, friendly service, and a calm local atmosphere over being in the middle of the tourist spots, Subanan Resident is a solid choice. Btw the coffee n tea pastries is just a cupcake and milo powder

Clean rooms, good service in the heart of Hat Yai. Near Prince of Songkhla University Near Central Festival Hat Yai

I have no complaints about this hotel. Stayed for 2 nights and like the room very much. Rooms is big , the mattress/ pillow is superb , and the aircond is super cold. The carpark at behind the hotel is half a football field size , so totally no pblm if u drive. I will stay again.

Good location, behind Sri Trang Market where there are many delicious things to eat. If you use Google to navigate, you might get lost in a narrow alley. There is a parking lot with automatic barriers, convenient and safe, but the grassy parking lot is overgrown. Makes it look a bit cramped. The bathroom is quite old. Many things are broken. For example, the hose handle fell off. The lotus vegetable handle is loose and I'm afraid it will fall off as well. There is little light in the room, quite dark, and the refrigerator is not very cold. Overall good, good value for money, location with no shortage of food.

I was impressed with the staff, the room was clean and spacious, and the hot water worked great. I will definitely stay there again.

The atmosphere is good, the service is very good. If you come during the fog, it will be very beautiful. I recommend contacting the room before going up. My friend arranged for a car to pick me up.
