please provide hand soap at the pantry and replace the hair dryer with a larger one? Most of the female have long hair and the current small hair dryer takes a long time to dry it.

The location is great, right next to the Greenway, and you can walk straight to Central Festival. However, parking is limited if you're driving, and you'll need to make a U-turn. This road section tends to be quite congested. This feels like a family-run hotel. An 80-something-year-old lady checked us in. The service was excellent and friendly. I booked the hotel just 5 minutes before arriving, and even though the system couldn't find my reservation, I was still able to check in smoothly. The room was clean, had a large fridge, a hairdryer, shampoo, and soap. For this price and location, it's highly recommended.

I stayed at Subanan Resident in Hatyai and had a really good experience overall. The cleanliness is the first thing that stood out — the place is spotless, probably one of the cleanest I’ve stayed at in this price range. The service was also impressive. When I had an issue with the WiFi, I just gave them a call and the staff personally came over to hand me the code face-to-face. Check-in and check-out were both quick and smooth. Even on my first visit, the parking service was clear and well-organised, which made things easier. Location-wise, it’s not in the busy tourist area, which I actually liked. It’s surrounded by local houses, so the vibe is calmer and more relaxing. Within walking distance (about 4 minutes) there’s a Big C Mini, and a 7-Eleven about 7 minutes away. It’s a nice balance — not too far from convenience, but away from the tourist crowds and heat. As for amenities, they’re average. One of the rooms came with a Netflix account, while another didn’t, which was a bit inconsistent. Also, setting it up wasn’t the most straightforward — you need to switch between the TV remote and the Xiaomi box remote, which takes a little figuring out. Overall, if you value cleanliness, friendly service, and a calm local atmosphere over being in the middle of the tourist spots, Subanan Resident is a solid choice. Overall had good experience staying at this property. The room and bathroom are spacious, come with big fridge that can store lot of foods. 🤣 the location is accessible to the town. Thank you teams.

Location wise is good. Right beside the hotel is mini BigC, and around 5 minutes walk, there is 7E. In the morning, there is a lot of local restaurant that serve a great food. Cleanliness of the room is also 100%. There is hugeeee parking for your car.

The bed was a bit firm, but the pillows were super soft and comfy. There's a small sink and a food prep area too. Breakfast had everything you could want, and the drinks were delicious. The owner and staff were incredibly lovely and polite!

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We even managed to borrow a hairdryer from the staff. Other than the hotel location was far from Lee garden, about 15 minutes walk. Other things were great. They even serve refreshing drink everyday in their lobby during our stay. Oh and another downside is their bathroom shower head looks a little old.

The location of this accommodation is excellent. There's a pharmacy, souvenir shops, and convenience stores nearby, making it very easy to get around.

Hotel in strategic location which have 7eleven, restaurant in walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is clean but a bit ”old school” style. Price in trip.com slightly expensive then purchase from travel agent.

The atmosphere is good, the service is very good. If you come during the fog, it will be very beautiful. I recommend contacting the room before going up. My friend arranged for a car to pick me up.
