"The hotel is pretty good. I arrived early, even before dawn prayers, and had booked a twin room because I couldn't find a king-sized bed online, only for guests with special needs. I called the hotel number, but no one answered. When I arrived, I spoke to reception to fill in my details and asked about parking in the underground lot, but they said it was full. I said, ”No problem, I'll just go perform Umrah.” The reception staff, especially Abdul-Ilah, were great; he gave me a room with a single bed. I returned at 9 AM, and the room was ready, and they even found a parking spot for me. Thanks to employee Lujain. As for the room's cleanliness, it was generally good, but I did find some hair on the bed. The restaurant was excellent; I only took the breakfast package, and there were new dishes every day, so it would be suitable for longer stays. The bus schedule was punctual for me, probably because there wasn't much traffic. The return trip can be confusing sometimes because the hotel name isn't always displayed on the bus. It would be difficult for families because the distance from the bus drop-off point to the main gates of the Haram or the markets in the towers is quite far.
If you're staying for a short period, like one or two days, and don't need to go to the Haram constantly, it's a suitable option considering the price and quality. The only issue they need to resolve is answering phone calls, as that was the only problem I encountered. Special thanks to the reception staff and security managers."
