"Absolutely loved this hotel! The location was amazing — everything felt super convenient and close by, almost like an Amazon-level prime location where you can get anywhere fast. The amenities were honestly better than expected: clean rooms, comfy beds, strong Wi-Fi, nice showers, and the staff were really friendly the whole stay. The atmosphere was relaxing and modern, and it made the trip way more enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This is my second stay at this hotel, and I highly recommend it for its great value for money. My sister and I both absolutely love that it has a large bathtub and a spacious room. "This was a family trip, and the location was excellent, right in front of Kencho-mae Station. The lobby is on the 7th floor, and I was a bit confused at first when I mistakenly went into the bank entrance on the 1st floor, but the hotel entrance is just a little to the right. As it's a new building, it was, of course, very clean. The pool was a bit small, though. There are no bottled water in the room; you're supposed to fill up your bottle from the water dispenser. I didn't realize this on the first day and ended up buying bottled water. The TV doesn't have Netflix or YouTube, and there was only one USB port near the table. Other than those minor things and the room being a bit dark overall, it was great."

"The rooms are newly built and still have that fresh scent. The bathroom amenities are complete, including toothbrushes, razors, cotton swabs, and a body scrub. Housekeeping cleans daily if you put out the sign. They even provide pajamas, and even for someone my size, they fit well. The room is small, typical of Japanese style, but it doesn't feel cramped. The hotel has coin-operated washing machines. At the front desk, they offer facial masks, leg patches, and ice, which is great! The staff are very helpful, and check-in and check-out don't take long. Next time I visit, I'll definitely stay here again."

"The location is very convenient, a 5-minute walk from the light rail station, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and it's also very close to Kokusai-dori Street. The room is also very spacious; even a large suitcase can be easily opened."

"We literally just stayed for an overnight as we needed to leave early the next morning. The rooms (bedroom/bathroom) were so spacious. The bathroom with a big bathtub and shower. The toilet separate from the bathroom. The mattresses were comfortably firm. Check in was a bit difficult as Google first sent us to another LiveMaxx hotel nearby. When we arrived at the right location, there was nobody at the reception area. Only after back and forth on the phone through Trip.com were we able to work out that there was another entrance. All in all, a pleasant hotel and we would stay there again."

"Our check-in date happened to coincide with a typhoon in Okinawa. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful; despite the strong winds and heavy rain at the front entrance, they still managed to unload our luggage from the car and arranged for us to check in early. We were initially worried about parking safety at the pier, but the parking area inside the pier was actually very safe. Although it cost 2000 yen, which was a bit pricey, there was a semi-open walkway connecting to the hotel, so you wouldn't get wet in the rain unless it was a typhoon. The newly opened hotel was even more beautiful in person than in the renderings. While the weather wasn't as expected, we still enjoyed soaking in the clean and modern public bath, grabbing snacks at the Lawson shopping mall downstairs, taking a nap, and enjoying a delicious cocktail and a high-quality dinner at the hotel restaurant. We booked a bayside twin room with a fantastic view and extremely comfortable bedding. The spacious bedroom had a large sofa and a huge TV, but the bathroom and washbasin were a bit cramped. However, since we had access to the large public bath, it was all quite comfortable. The hotel's location is convenient for those driving, with a fish market and supermarket nearby. The pier for outlying islands is right downstairs; many popular island snorkeling and diving destinations depart from this pier. The hotel also offers several summer water sports packages. For those driving or without a car, you can consider taking a boat from another pier to the north to avoid traffic jams. In terms of location, it's convenient for those driving or travelers wanting to visit outlying islands. It's close to the city center but has a resort-like feel. It's over 15 minutes' walk to Kokusai Street, and the monorail isn't close either. If you want to shop on Kokusai Street, book a hotel on Kokusai Street. However, there seems to be a bus to the airport at the front entrance. Overall, the accommodation was very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and if the price is reasonable, I would definitely consider staying a few nights next time to plan a trip to the outlying islands."

"I used this hotel for the first time because I had an early morning flight the next day. It turned out to be a great decision! The cabin and shower room were very clean and comfortable, and I also appreciated being able to get microwaveable snacks in the area behind the front desk. Since it's inside the airport, it's incredibly convenient for early morning flights. I'd love to stay here again if I have the chance."

"The location is merely 10 mins walk from the shopping district. There are a few restaurants nearby and convenience stores in the vicinity. The room itself is okay in size for Japan standard I suppose but the bathroom is tight. Place is clean. No much to complain about really."
