The room was clean and tidy, with a simple yet stylish decor, spacious and bright, and all facilities were new and of high quality. The staff were warm, attentive, and friendly, responding quickly to any needs. Overall, it's excellent value for money, suitable for both short and long stays. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back!"

"I randomly picked a hotel for around 130 yuan, and the environment was surprisingly nice and the cleanliness was good too. It also had smart home features, and the room was spacious enough. The only downside was that the hot water in the bathroom sometimes ran out very quickly. The room would be perfect if it had a full-length mirror!"

The facilities were all brand new, the whole room was smart home technology, very convenient, and the overall decor was simple yet elegant and cozy. "I checked into Bernar today. The room rates looked really appealing right after the May Day holiday, so I decided to give it a try! However, promotion is one thing, and the actual experience is another. Let me share the pros and cons. Pros: 1. The front desk service was quite proactive. Before I even arrived, they called to ask for my estimated arrival time. During check-in, they informed me of all the important details and even offered a free room upgrade. While it was an upgrade, I didn't notice anything particularly special about the room size or decor. 2. Parking was convenient. There were plenty of public parking spots right outside, probably because it's the off-season, so it wasn't crowded at all. Cons: 1. The room felt a bit compact. There was no dedicated wardrobe, and the hot water from the sink faucet was incredibly slow, taking about 20 seconds to come out – quite amusing, actually! 2. Breakfast was rather simple. They offered 3-5 hot dishes, fresh noodles, juice, peanut soup, some slightly stale bread and cakes, and mostly egg-based items like braised eggs, boiled eggs, and fried eggs. Honestly, nothing else was particularly noteworthy. Overall, breakfast was pretty average. 3. Soundproofing wasn't great. I could easily hear what the couple next door was up to – a bit awkward, to say the least!"

First off, the service was fantastic. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and friendly throughout my stay. When I checked in, they proactively shared helpful tips for local activities like clam digging and spotting 'blue tears' (bioluminescent plankton), and even recommended some great seafood restaurants nearby. Their attention to detail was really thoughtful. The room amenities were exactly to my liking! The disposable bath towels and hand towels were a huge plus – so clean and reassuring, saving me the hassle of bringing my own. The biggest surprise was the projector with a subscription service; the picture quality was super clear! After a long day of exploring, being able to lie in bed and stream shows created such a cozy vibe. Plus, the smart speaker for voice control of lights and curtains was a dream for someone like me who loves convenience! Cleanliness was also top-notch. The room was spotless, and the bedding was wonderfully soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The overall environment was very quiet, no disturbances at all, making for a truly peaceful stay. Anyone visiting Pingtan should seriously consider this place – it offers amazing value for money and a fantastic experience. I'll definitely be choosing this hotel again on my next trip to Pingtan!"

"Aside from the ambiance being okay, everything else was truly disappointing. Whether it was the welcome fruit or the breakfast fruit, the blueberries were all soft from being left out too long! 🙅 (Very unacceptable) It seemed like there was only one staff member at the entire guesthouse. This one person at the front desk had to act as the housekeeper, help the kitchen, and deliver things. The owner is incredibly stingy!! No one answered the phone at the front desk. There was also no one at the breakfast area. I booked breakfast for 9 am, arrived at the restaurant on time, but there was no staff. When I contacted the housekeeper via WeChat, they said they wouldn't start cooking until I arrived. There was no need to confirm the meal time with me beforehand. Even the housekeeper only added me on WeChat after I requested it. Otherwise, everything was inconvenient. My advice to everyone is to just buy a coffee and take some photos at the outdoor café if you're really going to come. This 888 RMB room is worse than a three-star service! 😂"
