Hotel is conveniently located on the beach.
The room was nice, simple and clean.
In particular, the customer service at this hotel was incredible. The ladies at reception were so helpful with how to get around Nadi using the bus system and also at making sure tourists like myself were not being scammed by taxis. All the staff were lovely and had such beautiful smiles every day.

The service is bad, we requested a pick up at the port and they never came for us. Towels with stains. Pool not enabled, hotel in several places under repair, credit cards not accepted only cash to pay for transfer to the airport.

The position is good the food good and the prices are ok the only fault for us was noise, every time someone shuts their door it echoes through the whole floor. The front rooms get the added noise from the outside bars and restaurants

The environment is good, and the staff are very welcoming and help with luggage. There are massage options in the hotel, and it only takes about 15 minutes to take a taxi to the airport. It would be better if it was quieter at night🤭

The hotels in NADI are generally expensive and shabby, about the same as those in China at RMB 150-60, but the staff are very nice. Even if there is no elevator, I can help you carry your luggage. You can also change the single room to a double room. Fortunately, there is no tipping during the performance at night. The location is not bad. It is about 10 minutes away from the airport.
