Mountain view Hotels in Sevier County

Hotel room was nicely remodeled, clean, and neat. Good mattresses. Chair in room was worthless, back slanted way to far back to actually sit in it (who makes a chair like that anyway). Had blood stains on one of my pillowcases. Overall pretty good stay. However, the elevator was very dirty in the details. Floor was clean, but edges were dirty and dingy. Glass was absolutely filthy. Whole hotel needed to be painted and spruced up outside. Little gardens were nice. The ”free” breakfast should have more clear that in only included pancakes. You have to pay $6 more per person to get full breakfast choices. Would probably book a different place next time.

I was charged twice for the stay. I was charged upon checking in, even though the booking was prepaid. Front desk staff was not appropriately trained with normal procedures and resulted in the duplicate charged. I had to make several phone calls to different people to resolve this. This resulted in precious vacation time loss and unnecessary stress.

Wonderful experience. When in the area, I will stay there again.

the service was amazing and very enjoyable. You can walk to any restaurants,everything is nearby. The cleanliness services AMAZINGGG. The only thing is the breakfast area is small so it’s difficult to find a seat, and also most of the rooms are still old like the picture, but we loved this hotel.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and it’s just a ~15 mins walk to the town center. Definitely a great value for the price.

The hotel is in a great location and that’s the best thing I can say. The breakfast if they have a lot of people coming is good with biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs but if there’s not many people booked, it’s just scrambled eggs and half cooked sausage. The one thing if you have a pet, they’re gonna stick you in one of the old rooms that the floor hasn’t been mopped in ages. They made dust mop it, but if you drop some water and wipe it up, the rag is black and the bed was very uncomfortable. Young man at the desk was very nice and he actually helped me a lot and he said they did have a lot of new mattresses, but unfortunately our room wasn’t one of them.

Don was awesome, very informative. We will be back for sure. The hotel was situated in a great location, but it was very out dated and could use some cleaning.

This is a hotel in a small town very close to the Great Wushan Park. On the edge of the town, it is also very convenient for self-driving tours. Parking is in front of the room. The town is very good, you can go shopping at night

The hotel just came out from the Great Smoky Mountains and entered the town on the right side of the road. Gatlinburg is a tourist town, and weekend hotels are more expensive. This hotel is good value for money, the room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and a small stream passes through. Stayed here and noticed the animals in the Great Smoky Mountains. We drove slowly on the famous Cade’s cove ring and didn't see the black bears. But on the edge of the hotel, we saw the black bears one morning and one night. Here, the black bear is found to have the highest rate.
