It was on top of the mountains. The view was okay. The staff were very accommodating and helpful.

I am very satisfied with the room. The only bad thing is that the room was not cleaned and the towels were not changed. I went back to the hotel in the evening and called customer service before a clean one was delivered. The speed was very fast. Overall, I am satisfied.

Check in was great, property is very nice, lobby area is very nice with comfortable seating, tv, fireplace and a guy playing piano. Nice bar and very good restaurant. The pool is very nice also! Will definitely stay again.

Awesome views! The staff is super friendly. The pool and water slide is great for kids. We ate many meals at the restaurant on site. Excellent food and super nice waiters! Highly recommend!

We love the Vista!!! Our family has stayed here several times and love it!!!
Ringing in the New Year at the Vista was awesome! Loved the live band!
We also love the restaurant and the big windows overlooking Gatlinburg!

Nice hotel. Wanting to charge $15 a day to park is ridiculous. Elevator was broken, and there were too many people for the other elevators in the morning. Waited over 20 minutes for an elevator and eventually had to walk down 15 flights of stairs. The elevator was broken our whole stay.

Too much noise at night from other rooms , only 1 elevator working at any given time , wait time was terrible, very small bathrooms in shower area. Breakfast was advertised as continental but they were a charge for this. Staff was accommodating
