Awa Resort Koh Chang

The room was excellent—spacious, with great positive energy and a balcony overlooking the sea. I highly recommend it. Considering the price, it offers outstanding value for money.

3D2N well enjoyed ✨ The hotel is a bit old, but very well maintained. Loved the decoration and the spacious atmosphere. The infinity pool was nice, breakfast choices were not that many but still good enough. And the bed? Super comfy — slept so well 🤍

Our stay was truly wonderful overall. We came as a group of three friends and had a very enjoyable experience. However, there is one area that definitely needs improvement — the housekeeping department. We placed the “Please Clean Room” sign outside, but unfortunately nothing was properly refreshed except for the bed being neatly made. Housekeeping should pay more attention to cleaning details and room replenishment, as this part of the service was quite disappointing and should be improved significantly. On the other hand, the front office staff were excellent. They were always helpful, informative, and ready to assist whenever needed. We especially appreciated the short-haired female staff member we met again on the morning of our check-out — she was very friendly and left a lovely impression on us. Another staff member from the Assistant Front Office team was also very attentive and provided great support throughout our stay. The swimming pool was beautiful, and overall the hotel experience was very pleasant. Everything was great except for the housekeeping service, which we hope can be improved to match the excellent standard of the other departments.

The room that we booked was superior room. It was so spacious that all of us loved it. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The experience at this hotel was worth coming back again.

I liked this place; the location was great, close to convenience stores and restaurants. It was excellent value for the price of the room. The room was nice, the staff were friendly, and the food was decent. The hotel doesn't have a beach, but at low tide you can walk to the beach next to the hotel. Overall, everything was good.

The room was large and quiet. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Staff was friendly and was driving us to the room in a buggy. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area. Overall I can recommend this hotel
