His wife, a beautiful ********* lady, also assists. **Location & Environment:** There's a 7-Eleven just a few minutes' walk from the villa. While it's about a 25-minute walk from Hamdeok Beach, and we once had to walk back when taxis were scarce (which was a manageable distance), a taxi is highly recommended due to the heat (fares are around 30 RMB). Each villa features a unique and very stylish design. **Facilities:** Each villa is well-appointed with large-screen TVs, smart bathrooms, independent AC control for both floors, and a fully equipped kitchen. **Service:** Service was exceptional; the staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to answer any questions. They even assisted us with calling taxis and ordering takeout. For instance, when we couldn't find a taxi after grocery shopping at the local market, the owner's wife remotely helped us hail one – truly outstanding service! Their takeout recommendations were spot on. The villa also features an on-site café, serving delicious and very affordable coffee (a latte costs just 17-18 RMB); we found ourselves ordering daily! And when we planned to use the BBQ grill, they thoughtfully provided mosquito coils. **Summary:** For anyone seeking a truly relaxing, resort-style escape, I highly recommend a two-day stay here. It offers a leisurely, comfortable experience that excels in every aspect.

I traveled to Jeju Island with my daughter and we stayed in Hamdeok for the first three days. For the last two days, I wanted to be closer to the airport, so we decided to stay in the city. After a lot of searching and comparing prices, location, and reviews of hotels in the area, we settled on this one. Overall, it's a good hotel with excellent value for money. It's clean and quiet at night, set back a bit from the road. It's about a five-minute walk to Lotte Duty Free, and along the way, there are places like Gamjatang (pork bone soup) restaurants, Olive Young, and ABC Mart, as well as other souvenir shops. It's very convenient for taking taxis, shopping, and dining. The airport is also very close, about a ten-minute taxi ride. The hotel staff were okay; not overly enthusiastic, but not rude either. For this price point, it's perfectly fine.

I was looking for accommodation near Geumneung and booked this place because it seemed like good value for money and had a swimming pool. It takes less than 5 minutes by car to Geumneung Beach. The room was spacious and very clean, perhaps because it had been remodeled. However, while the view was amazing, it was a bit disappointing that the window panes weren't very clean. There is a restaurant and a convenience store inside the resort; the restaurant, in particular, has delicious meat and the owner is friendly, so I definitely plan to stay there again next time. The swimming pool isn't huge, but it was perfect for a quick dip.

The place is just as advertised, clean and well maintained. Having a washing machine in the unit helped especially after our Hallasan hike. It’s easy to get around by bus, though do note that the buses that go to the airport (300s, 400s) from the closest bus stop do not have luggage storage so it might be a struggle during peak period. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the host is very kind and friendly!

First off, regarding communication, Chinese guests shouldn't have too many problems checking in. While the front desk staff don't speak Chinese, simple communication is possible for booking rooms. However, making specific requests might be challenging. Check-in is at 3 PM local time, and check-out is at 11 AM, which differs from what we're used to in China. Next, about the room environment: they provide China-standard three-pin plugs, and the slippers are not disposable. Seaview rooms come with balconies, which is quite nice if you enjoy having one. My room was on a lower floor, so it could get a bit noisy at night. The in-room amenities and equipment are a bit dated. Lastly, the location is convenient for dining, public transport, and sea views. As for the overall stay experience, nothing really stood out. Luggage storage is in the lobby, which actually felt a bit unsafe, making me quite uneasy upon arrival.

2 of the man in charge of the front desk were unfriendly and looking fierce when we checked in. Upon checking out on the4th morning, we tried to ask them to assist in getting a taxi as I we have an early flight which they were reluctant. However, they complied but shouted at us to sit tight while he called for a taxi. This was uncalled for. Will never stay again even if the offer is free.

Hotel is located in main location near shopping street and food street and hotel is good and decent and reception people are helpful and love to stay again

The location is amazing; I appreciate that room service checks in daily, providing bottled water and coffee regularly while also changing towels. We were there for 7 nights, by the way. I rated the service a 4, not due to the room service or location. I believe extending early check-in would enhance the experience. We arrived at 9 AM since our flight landed early, but early check-in was not permitted. After the 12-hour flight, we were exhausted and intended to rest that day, but we lounged on the couch until 3 PM before checking in. What frustrates me is the male receptionist. We sat on the couch for more than 6 hours, just waiting until people showed up around 2 pm, and I noticed that they let them check in immediately despite it being 2 pm. So, I approached the receptionist, and to my surprise, they allowed us to check in even though it was still 2 pm. The receptionist showed no courtesy to inform us, even though they were aware that we had been waiting. In general, the location is excellent, the bed is cozy, the area is tidy, it's unfortunate we didn't take advantage of the pool. However, everything, including the view, is absolutely worth it. A tip for future bookers, especially if you can't speak Korean: always use Google Translate.

The ATM in the adjacent 7/11 is helpful, just a 10% real fee (not 3%, because the ratio difference is 7%). There are 3 doors, the out door, a door to the restroom and a door to bedroom. But the noise from the street is so big that the little room surrendered by the 3 doors is much better in noise proof. I guess something is wrong with the wall between the room and the street, maybe too old, it's actually a motel for 3/4 rooms, if you do not book an more costly off-street room.
