Stayed at the resort for a wedding. Wonderful venue!

Property location was a lil bit inside. It was a very beautiful and well maintained property. View was really nice. Restaurant was a bit let down. Taste is not good and many of the food items were not available in the menu.

Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. Beautiful cozy stay with great breakfast and food at the restaurant.

I recently stayed at the JW Marriott Hotel Pune and, overall, had a pleasant experience. The staff were courteous, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. However, I did notice that some areas of the hotel are beginning to show their age. In particular, the coffee shop's furniture could use some attention. The sofas appeared worn and in need of a deep cleaning, and a few tables were a bit wobbly, which made dining slightly uncomfortable. While the bathrooms were clean, certain fixtures seemed dated, suggesting that the hotel might benefit from some refurbishments to maintain its high standards. Despite these minor issues, the hotel's service and amenities were commendable. With some updates to the furnishings and facilities, the JW Marriott Pune can continue to offer the luxurious experience it's known for.

Perfect gate away with family and value for money. The food was great too

We tried both courtyard and lake view rooms and the experience was really good in both. Lake view rooms are slightly expensive but comes with a lot of amenities and definitely an amazing view of the property and the lake. Saj has many outdoor activities to keep you occupied and entertained. We also tried the boating and it was really nice. The food is top notch, both veg and non veg. Really really loved the food here. Overall a great place to visit!

We got this proprty through the internet. Property located on the old highway and easy to locate. Resort is big but not well maintained. We stayed in their lagoon villas and found it to be average for stay at this price. They have provided only one brush for 3 people which is not acceptable after paying the premium rate. Food quality was average but price was very high plus extra 20% room service. Overall average property.
