"We found the overall experience worth it. We felt the reception staff was not that welcoming (not all) and some staff aren’t that well informed but overall we managed to have a good time. The restaurants are good here. The swimming pool could be bigge rin size considering the access to guests as well as their club members. Chef Zameer made us try his best selling dishes - Avacado tikki and mango burrata chaat and they were delicious. Even the other restaurant Medora had good food with amazing Mediterranean dishes. They also have activities in the morning and on weekends apart from the complimentary and paid activities. Lastly we felt, wedding guests should have a different setup for breakfast to divert the crowd as the restaurant becomes too crowded."

I prefer a slightly firmer bed, and despite the mattress being soft, they made thoughtful adjustments to suit my preference. Bhagyashree deserves a mention for her consistent care, follow-ups, and genuine concern. The F&B team also ensured all my needs were taken care of seamlessly. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Thank you to the entire team for making it so memorable"

"Only hotel location was good . Food was bad . Brekfast pathetic and cold and service is too bad at breakfast table too . The reason last day I did not go to eat breakfast . Rooms ok but bathroom too smelly . And hair dryer also doesn’t work when asked to change too so long and waste lot of . I have booked this brand as I know the brand is too good but now I won’t stay any more in Hyatt properties , before two days only o stayed at Weston it was just as. Awesome 100 by 100 no complain at all ."

"Good business hotel with all the boxes checked: front office, f&b, housekeeping - all very helpful and gracious. Terrace suite well maintained, luxurious space. In room dining offers a decent variety, while The Market restaurant has a fairly abundant buffet for all meals. Housekeeping tends to be prompt and pretty efficient (just remember that the evening turn-down service is on request.) My two standout experiences included the "Service Express" number on the room phone - their one-stop contact for everything; efficient delivery of any service required (dining, booking, housekeeping, etc.) Also, the Marriott Bonvoy app messaging centre is prompt with responses. My other outstanding service & support came from Mr. Tara at the front office. Very helpful, service-centric, accommodating and obliging. All in all, a very good stay."
