Everything went perfect until the next check in wedding guests arrived, we had to literally move out of the venue because the wedding guests were asking us when will we check out? So much of disturbance & so much of irritation & privacy issues. We had 3 spa vouchers inclusive in our plan & we were told that there was an ‘or’ option, not ‘and’; which wasn’t the case (I’ve attached the screenshot of the benefits). I hope the ***agement looks into this, since the property is good, view is good, food is good, rooms are good. But, hospitality wasn’t up to the mark. In fact, staff is good too. Sorry for one star, until the morning there were 5 stars to this property, but wedding guests disturbance & ***agement’s laid back attitude towards existing guests lowered the stars.

The food quality is amazing and tasty, we had jain food but they fulfiled all our requirements and it tasted so good. The property is new and worth staying. Good hospitality.

The place is wonderful and has great service. There were some fun games organised by the resort. The food was amazing and the ambience was beautiful

Best view. Staff are cooperative and the swimming pool at its best. Mainly all the indoor and outdoor games and staff are cooperative in every aspects best views have ever seen in lonavala and mainly easy access to hotel. Really liked and enjoy

Very pleasant staycation with Ikshana. From the view to all the eminities in the resort to the food at Rasa.. nothing dissapointed us. This resort has all kind of amenities like badminton court, tennis courts, swimming pool etc. Must stay place when you're in Lonavala. Would surely visit again.

I had an excellent stay over the weekend here. The reception people are warm and welcoming. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. We were charged extra for 1 kid as we're a family of 4 but the room is large enough to accommodate all of us with the sofa cum bed. The game room and other amenities were not exactly operational but we helped ourselves to playing table-tennis and chess. The entire resort is fairly new so everything is new and shiny and gave a very good feeling. The swimming pool is not too large but is large enough for small groups and I had a lot of fun with the kids. Pool needs surface cleaning frequently though as leaves keep falling in constantly. The highlight of the resort is the restaurant of course which offers a variety of food including Indian, Chinese, Italian and everything we tried was very good. This is definitely a big plus over staying at the next door Duke's retreat where the food definitely needs a big improvement. The variety of food for the morning breakfast buffet is also very good and we enjoyed it. The resort is good for 1-2 nights stay though. Will get boring for more than that but for a quick weekend getaway, it is highly recommended!
