I stayed in the first room on the left after exiting the elevator on the fourth floor. The window was by the stairs. There was a slipper under the bed, which suggests they never clean under there. Upstairs, there must be a KTV because I could hear singing until 1 or 2 AM, which disturbed my sleep. Plus, there was a low-frequency noise, probably from some large equipment room near the unit. I'd recommend booking a higher floor to avoid the noise.

The guesthouse is a five-minute walk from the scenic area ticket office. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. The owner was very welcoming and helped us carry our luggage upstairs. The yard can park five or six cars. We ate at the guesthouse; the mother-in-law's cooking was excellent. Breakfast was ten yuan per person, including two vegetable dishes, an egg, a steamed bun, and the highly recommended millet porridge. If possible, they could upgrade the TV to a larger one. For a one-night stay at Ganquan Grand Canyon, Feng Meizi's place offers great value.
