Excellent
GGuest UserLocation is really good, actually, very close to Genie shan; however, during our visit, there was some piping construction in front of the hotel so the staff helped carrying our luggages over those obstacles but there was no one when we checked out so we need to do it ourselves. The room is clean and beautiful but there were only electric blankets, no heater, which it was -9 degrees when we visited in the beginning of autumn. You may consider if you plan to go in winter. However, we were very well welcomed by staff.

Excellent
FFeidegenggaoFirst of all, the hotel design is good, the wooden structure is a little less soundproof, and the service is pretty good. The only thing I want to complain about is the oxygen supply. I chose this hotel because it had oxygen supply in the room. I didn't expect that the oxygen supply machine malfunction alarm woke me up at 3 o'clock in the morning. I didn't sleep well in the plateau, and then there was a power outage and water outage at 7 o'clock. I could only eat two buns and porridge bought from outside for breakfast. The experience was really a bit bad. I didn't sleep well all night, but the service was ok.

Very Good
GGuest UserThis is my fourth time visiting Genyen. I've explored both the Southern and 'C' routes. My first two trips were rushed, just quick photo ops. The third time, I stayed in Xiazetong Village, and this time, I chose Zeba Village. In my opinion, there are two prime locations for accommodations with the best views along Genyen's Southern route. One is the small wooden cabin on the road to Xiazetong Village, right below the Yilaka viewpoint. It offers stunning views of Genyen, Xiaozha, and Cameroon snow mountains. It's currently being upgraded into a luxurious large cabin, which is something to look forward to. The views from Xiazetong Village itself are pretty average, with the snow mountains partially obscured.
The other prime location is Zeba Village, which faces Genyen directly and is very close. The Manxiangju, where I stayed this time, has an unbeatable location – I'd say it's the best in Zeba Village, no contest. It's very close to 'The One Tree' and Zeba Mystery. You can literally see the sacred Genyen mountain from your bed.
My friend and I booked two rooms. Pulling back the curtains revealed breathtaking views. The proprietress thoughtfully provided a complimentary oxygen concentrator and nasal cannulas. All towels and bath towels were disposable. The room temperature was comfortable, and everything was very clean. The butler sister was incredibly warm and welcoming. The Sichuan chef cooked up some fantastic dishes. In the evening, we enjoyed Sichuan cuisine and a couple of drinks with friends in the restaurant, all while admiring the snow mountains.
The hotel's parking lot also has charging stations, both fast and slow, which was very convenient for our hybrid car. Highly recommended!

MM287340****The photo in the back mountain of the homestay is so beautiful...🥹🥹🥹🥹 It's almost ~~
The proprietress is very good. Seeing that we are cold, we are afraid that we will directly plug the hot tea oxygen generator without saying anything. We have ~ moved 🥹🥹 and electric blankets. The week here is very comfortable. ~ The burger and butter latte of the homestay are forced! ! ! There are a lot of meat stuffing, and the butter latte is very delicate. It is not comfortable to have a cup in this day.

Good
RRudieHKComfortable hotel in remote town. The hotel itself is comfortable and clean with stylish rooms. The staff are very friendly, though some are a bit too casual (e.g. smoking while setting up the breakfast buffet). I stayed here twice as did my friend and on each occasion our rooms were missing things that they had on other occasions...e.g. mineral water, toiletries, humidifiers. Some of the lights in the room are sensor activated and came on several times during the night. Also, on one occasion the power went out for almost an hour. I would stay again though. This region has developed very fast and its impressive that this standard of hotel exists here already. I'm sure the little glitches will occur in other Litang hotels too. The food in the 8F cafe was very good and great value.
GGuest UserThe owners were nice but I couldn't communicate in English. They have a hotel cat.
The room was really nice, but there were some issues. The ceiling was leaking water overnight. A constant drip sound and water on the floor, luckily not on the bed. My bathroom also has drainage problems. The floor was also very dusty and dirty. It was explained in the morning when a sledge hammer was being used on the floor above starting at 8am. Not a big issue, but they also didn't give me the obligatory two bottles of water. I had to boil my own. No heating, but there is an electric blanket.
This will be a good hotel once they sort a few issues out.
112345shangshanDaTigerHighly recommended. This was the warmest place I stayed during my entire trip to western Sichuan. I could tell this place was run with great care.
The design was impressive, the details were impressive, the welcome fruit was welcome, and the room was fully equipped with everything you need. They even came with a laundry bag.
Many people traveling through Genyen might just stop by the villages along the way, but for me, who wasn't on a KPI and wasn't in a rush, I felt this place could be a little getaway in a hidden gem. When I checked in, they were mowing the grass next to the house and planting flowers. It's sure to be even more beautiful next year.
The breakfast set was also quite extensive, especially the beef noodles, which were incredible. I had a wonderful stay and didn't want to leave in the morning. I leisurely ate breakfast, took a few photos, and just lay down to play. The young people who run the place were warm and welcoming, helping with blankets and oxygen concentrators, and taking great care of our elderly relatives who were experiencing altitude sickness.
Finally, they gave us complimentary fruit and purified water upon check-out. When I stopped to rest on the way back to Litang, I saw the beautiful fruit box and was amazed again. What a treat!
All in all, I highly recommend it.

DDaSongjiangshanThe facilities are excellent, and the service is great. Oxygen is provided in the room from 5:30 PM to 8:00 AM every night, which was very comfortable, and I didn't experience altitude sickness. The room has heating, and the intensity is adjustable. The hotel is at an altitude of nearly 4000 meters. The breakfast selection is extensive, and the environment is superb. There is a Tesla Supercharger available! However, the oxygen supply is a bit noisy, so I recommend bringing earplugs.
Bbrian paulinoi would highly recommend this accommodation. The room's a spacious and the beds are very comfy with beautiful views of the mountains. pluse great amenities. we would have preferred reusable towels for environmental reason. But that's our personal preference. All the staff, Mr chen and the Jojo,s were extreamy generous with the time and knoledge of the area and futher afield. there is a
friendly and warm atmostphere that made us feel welcomed and the food was delicious.
we will definitely be coming back. thank you!
