Guest UserThe hotel is right by the road, making parking very convenient. The front desk service was incredibly warm and attentive, and they even upgraded our room! Our room had a fantastic view of the snow-capped mountains and was very comfortable. The oxygen supply system was a real lifesaver, so no worries about altitude sickness. The Cantonese restaurant next door was pretty good too, with authentic ingredients and reasonable prices – definitely a safe bet. A special heads-up for anyone traveling with an electric car: absolutely avoid the 'Lv Chong Chong' charging station nearby. It's a scam! You have to pre-load money to charge, but after you top up, it just shuts down and won't charge. Customer service is completely unresponsive. Be very careful!

MaodouThe design of Tongle Ancient Town, blending ******* style with modern American aesthetics, is photogenic from every angle. The rooms even have large fireplaces; on cold days, lighting a fire, smelling ******* incense, sipping ******* tea, and soaking in a ******* herbal bath—there's nothing more blissful.

12345shangshanDaTigerHighly recommended. This was the warmest place I stayed during my entire trip to western Sichuan. I could tell this place was run with great care.
The design was impressive, the details were impressive, the welcome fruit was welcome, and the room was fully equipped with everything you need. They even came with a laundry bag.
Many people traveling through Genyen might just stop by the villages along the way, but for me, who wasn't on a KPI and wasn't in a rush, I felt this place could be a little getaway in a hidden gem. When I checked in, they were mowing the grass next to the house and planting flowers. It's sure to be even more beautiful next year.
The breakfast set was also quite extensive, especially the beef noodles, which were incredible. I had a wonderful stay and didn't want to leave in the morning. I leisurely ate breakfast, took a few photos, and just lay down to play. The young people who run the place were warm and welcoming, helping with blankets and oxygen concentrators, and taking great care of our elderly relatives who were experiencing altitude sickness.
Finally, they gave us complimentary fruit and purified water upon check-out. When I stopped to rest on the way back to Litang, I saw the beautiful fruit box and was amazed again. What a treat!
All in all, I highly recommend it.

Guest UserLocation is really good, actually, very close to Genie shan; however, during our visit, there was some piping construction in front of the hotel so the staff helped carrying our luggages over those obstacles but there was no one when we checked out so we need to do it ourselves. The room is clean and beautiful but there were only electric blankets, no heater, which it was -9 degrees when we visited in the beginning of autumn. You may consider if you plan to go in winter. However, we were very well welcomed by staff.

Guest UserThis is my fourth time visiting Genyen. I've explored both the Southern and 'C' routes. My first two trips were rushed, just quick photo ops. The third time, I stayed in Xiazetong Village, and this time, I chose Zeba Village. In my opinion, there are two prime locations for accommodations with the best views along Genyen's Southern route. One is the small wooden cabin on the road to Xiazetong Village, right below the Yilaka viewpoint. It offers stunning views of Genyen, Xiaozha, and Cameroon snow mountains. It's currently being upgraded into a luxurious large cabin, which is something to look forward to. The views from Xiazetong Village itself are pretty average, with the snow mountains partially obscured.
The other prime location is Zeba Village, which faces Genyen directly and is very close. The Manxiangju, where I stayed this time, has an unbeatable location – I'd say it's the best in Zeba Village, no contest. It's very close to 'The One Tree' and Zeba Mystery. You can literally see the sacred Genyen mountain from your bed.
My friend and I booked two rooms. Pulling back the curtains revealed breathtaking views. The proprietress thoughtfully provided a complimentary oxygen concentrator and nasal cannulas. All towels and bath towels were disposable. The room temperature was comfortable, and everything was very clean. The butler sister was incredibly warm and welcoming. The Sichuan chef cooked up some fantastic dishes. In the evening, we enjoyed Sichuan cuisine and a couple of drinks with friends in the restaurant, all while admiring the snow mountains.
The hotel's parking lot also has charging stations, both fast and slow, which was very convenient for our hybrid car. Highly recommended!

The facilities are excellent, and the service is great. Oxygen is provided in the room from 5:30 PM to 8:00 AM every night, which was very comfortable, and I didn't experience altitude sickness. The room has heating, and the intensity is adjustable. The hotel is at an altitude of nearly 4000 meters. The breakfast selection is extensive, and the environment is superb. There is a Tesla Supercharger available! However, the oxygen supply is a bit noisy, so I recommend bringing earplugs.

Guest UserThe owners were nice but I couldn't communicate in English. They have a hotel cat.
The room was really nice, but there were some issues. The ceiling was leaking water overnight. A constant drip sound and water on the floor, luckily not on the bed. My bathroom also has drainage problems. The floor was also very dusty and dirty. It was explained in the morning when a sledge hammer was being used on the floor above starting at 8am. Not a big issue, but they also didn't give me the obligatory two bottles of water. I had to boil my own. No heating, but there is an electric blanket.
This will be a good hotel once they sort a few issues out.

The photo in the back mountain of the homestay is so beautiful...🥹🥹🥹🥹 It's almost ~~
The proprietress is very good. Seeing that we are cold, we are afraid that we will directly plug the hot tea oxygen generator without saying anything. We have ~ moved 🥹🥹 and electric blankets. The week here is very comfortable. ~ The burger and butter latte of the homestay are forced! ! ! There are a lot of meat stuffing, and the butter latte is very delicate. It is not comfortable to have a cup in this day.

Guest UserAbsolutely fell in love with this heavenly mountain B&B! The room's view is simply divine; the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows frame the majestic snow-capped mountains like a giant natural landscape painting. Whether you're lying in bed or sitting on the rattan chair on the balcony, you just look up and see the sacred snowy peaks, with clear blue skies and soft clouds – every photo you take turns into an atmospheric masterpiece.
The B&B itself has a warm, soothing log cabin aesthetic, with simple yet tasteful rattan furniture that blends perfectly with the mountain surroundings. Here, you can wake up to the golden sunlight on the mountains, spend the afternoon basking in the warm sun, drinking tea and relaxing, and in the evening, enjoy the gentle mountain breeze. It's a complete escape from city noise, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in nature.
Big bonus point! The B&B owner is a super handsome guy with high颜值 (good looks). He's gentle, thoughtful, and provides meticulous and attentive service, making the stay experience absolutely perfect. The environment, scenery, and service are all top-notch. It's perfect whether you're looking for some solo relaxation or traveling with companions. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to escape the city and embrace the mountains!

We booked a room right before arriving. We were able to check in immediately. To be honest, the room had everything we needed: a warm shower, a kettle for tea, a radiator. The only ”issue” is that one of the two beds was unmade and the shower seemed like it had just been used. No real problem for us as we only needed one bed, but it was definitely was a bit weird.
