We booked this guesthouse on Trip.com in advance for our self-driving trip to the Taihang Grand Canyon during the Spring Festival. The overall experience was warm and hassle-free. The owner provides butler-style service, proactively calling to confirm our needs before our arrival and even coming to the parking lot to help with our luggage after we got there. The service was thoughtful and attentive. The guesthouse is located on the north side of Linzhou Taihang Grand Canyon, only 5 kilometers from the scenic area, making it very convenient for self-driving. There's a public parking lot about 1 kilometer south that supports EV charging, which is very friendly for self-driving tourists. I stayed in a lake-view king room, which came with a huge scenic balcony offering an expansive view directly facing the beautiful Taihang mountain scenery. The views in the morning and evening were particularly therapeutic. The only minor drawback was that the indoor space was a bit compact, and the bathroom layout was similar to an RV design – fully functional but a bit cramped. The dining experience was a big plus. Breakfast could be delivered directly to the room, with a rich variety of fresh ingredients that tasted simple yet delicious. The guesthouse also offers lunch and dinner, with authentic local flavors and good value for money. What delighted my child the most was a gentle and friendly dog living at the guesthouse, which added a lot of fun to our trip. Overall, it's a cozy guesthouse very suitable for family road trips and getting closer to nature.

First of all, parking is very convenient. I stayed in a room on the north side of the hotel. I could see Taihang Mountain and the river and park downstairs. It was really beautiful. The room is very spacious, the floor-to-ceiling windows have a good view, the hardware is good, I like this new Chinese style. I am a person who is picky about beds, the bedding here is OK, I slept very well. The breakfast is also rich and tastes good. I will stay here again next time I come to Linzhou. The room is relatively new. The two front desk staffs are very good at answering all questions. The hotel is 1.5 kilometers away from the Grand Canyon Scenic Area, which is quite convenient. It may be the first holiday of the year. There is obviously a shortage of staff. At 8 o'clock in the evening, the cleaning staff knocked on the door to clean. The breakfast is good, which is good in the scenic area. However, it is not recommended to have dinner in the hotel. I guess the chef is too busy. I only ordered two dishes, and only one was served after the meal. If you bring children, it is recommended to choose a twin bed in this hotel because their twin beds are 1.5 meters long.

This stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel boasts a beautiful environment with views of the Taihang Mountains from every room. The overall design is superb, with meticulous attention to detail. The rooms are well-equipped, clean, and tidy, and are especially pet-friendly. The breakfast was plentiful, nutritious, and delicious. The only drawback was the poor soundproofing in the rooms. Overall, I was very satisfied, and the value for money is excellent. Highly recommended!

This road trip to the Taihang Mountains was based on a friend's recommended route and hotel. Starting from Baoquan, we took the Baoshang Road, passing through Heimaogou Highway 1. The scenery along the way was indeed beautiful. The hotel room was very spacious, and the most pleasant surprise was the fully automated smart control system. Lights, curtains, and air conditioning could all be controlled by voice – a truly high-tech experience. The bedding and zero-pressure pillows were fantastic; I didn't want to get up once I lay down. The breakfast was plentiful, with a wide variety of fruits, whole grains, and Western pastries, and the food was delicious – even better than our dinner. The lovely owner was incredibly warm and attentive, and she proactively recommended several driving routes, including less crowded, scenic spots and the best photography locations. Thanks to my friend's recommendation, we weren't disappointed – fantastic!

The room is really big, the bed is two 1.5 meters and very spacious. Health is not bad. Service soft power needs to be improved. First, I went to the restaurant on the second floor to prepare for dinner at night. I told me to wait for more than an hour. It is recommended to go out to eat. It is raining outside. Second, the breakfast restaurant did not inform the guests in advance to collect the tableware, walked to the door and was stopped to collect the tableware, saying that the preparation of the wedding banquet was not enough, which made a little embarrassing.

Pear trees and fig trees are planted in the yard, and there is a large terrace. Clean and tidy. But this is a mountainous area with many mosquitoes. Zimo room: 3 large beds, there is a TV in the middle, the room is relatively large, the bed is also very big, a bed should sleep 2 people. The roof is the spire of the log, and the log on the roof has black things falling on the white sheets from time to time. The toilet is a bit small and the towels need to be improved.

The bed was incredibly soft, and the pillows were incredibly comfortable. I fell asleep quickly after a tiring day. The service was also excellent. I arrived around 9:00 PM, and the hallway was fragrant as I went upstairs. Upon entering the room, I found the air conditioning already on and the mineral water was ice-cold. When I woke up in the morning, I could see the mountain view from the large floor-to-ceiling windows. It was a super comfortable stay. I feel like the owner has put a lot of effort into it.
