The room decor was high-standard, and both the hallways and parking lot were very spacious. I especially loved the corner sofa in the business king room – perfect for the whole family to eat, chat, and watch TV together. It felt really great. The breakfast was a bit simple, though."

"This is the best hotel in Shiban'yan Town. Built into the mountainside, it faces the town across the river and is connected by a small stone bridge. The hotel has free parking. The rooms are spacious and bright, clean and tidy, and have a large balcony. Sitting on the balcony in the evening, drinking tea and looking at the town and the Taihang Mountains across the river is absolutely beautiful. The only downside is that the water pressure in the shower is a bit weak, and it's not easy to adjust the hot and cold water. However, these minor flaws don't detract from the overall excellence of this hotel. Highly recommended!!!"

Hotel self-service laundry also has to buy laundry detergent, bad reviews. The vegetable garden was sent to pick vegetables and fruits by self-service, very fresh, children like it, which added a lot of points."

It may be the first holiday of the year. There is obviously a shortage of staff. At 8 o'clock in the evening, the cleaning staff knocked on the door to clean. The breakfast is good, which is good in the scenic area. However, it is not recommended to have dinner in the hotel. I guess the chef is too busy. I only ordered two dishes, and only one was served after the meal. If you bring children, it is recommended to choose a twin bed in this hotel because their twin beds are 1.5 meters long."

"We arrived at the hotel and handed our ID to the staff for registration, but waited a long time without processing. Half an hour later, we inquired about the situation, and the staff said the reserved room was sold out and we had to pay extra to change. After we declined, they finally checked us in. Breakfast was supposed to end at 9:00, but when we arrived around 8:20, the restaurant was already full and other guests hadn't eaten either. After we checked out and drove to Xinxiang, the staff called and demanded we return the room card immediately or face a 30 yuan surcharge. Despite our negotiation, the staff remained adamant and deducted the 30 yuan. They also kept calling us, disrupting our trip and making our experience very unpleasant."

When we checked out, the front desk explained the travel guide in detail, reminded us to wear sunscreen, and gave us an umbrella. It's a very good recommendation! recommend!"
