"When I came to Tibet, I stayed in a Tibetan-style hotel. The decoration of the hotel was very Tibetan-style. The room and the bathroom inside were very clean and tidy. You can see the day and night view of the Potala Palace and the sunrise from the rooftop on the fifth floor. The breakfast on the fifth floor was very nice. , the food is simple but delicious.
The reception staff are very polite and speak fluent Mandarin and English. The staff help solve various problems in Tibet, including taking a day tour, taking a taxi, transportation, shopping, luggage storage, moving luggage, etc."

Sanitation: Good sanitation. It is worth booking such a room for 225 in peak season.
Facilities: The hot water temperature is always below 40 degrees, which is a flaw. Others are OK, and the ventilation is very bad, and the windows are difficult to open."

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, close to everything, and the property itself is modern, stylish, and very comfortable. The views were truly amazing and made the stay even more special. The only area that could be improved was breakfast — while the options were good, it did feel a bit crowded at times and the variety could have been better. Overall, I would still highly recommend this hotel and would happily return.

This four star hotel provided excellent service.from the front desk to the staff who are very friendly, cheerful andhelpful. The room is beyond our expectation, spacious and clean and equipped with oxygen provider just in case we needed it. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Rooms feature a 24-hour oxygen supply, with quiet wall-mounted diffusers or nasal cannulas available, and the system is virtually silent. The rooms themselves are clean, featuring smart toilets and automatic curtains. There's a self-service laundry room equipped with dryers. The hotel has a large parking lot and its location is convenient for transportation. Additionally, there's a viewing deck with a great view of the Potala Palace. Our butler, Zaxi, was outstanding, incredibly thoughtful, and responsive to our every need. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

I extended my stay in Lhasa for two more days. The first night I had a double room, which I loved from the moment I entered. The service and room cleanliness were simply fantastic, and the value for money was excellent. For a tourist city like Lhasa, this is quite impressive. It's also relatively close to the Jokhang Temple and Potala Palace. The second night, I wanted to extend my stay but there were no rooms available. The receptionist kindly helped me get a standard room, which was also very kind of her! The herbal tea in the lobby was also delicious!
