The hotel's location is excellent. It's about a 10-15 minute shuttle ride to the airport, and ride-hailing services can get you to Jianyang City in around 10 minutes. Plus, it's located in an area with a variety of dining, accommodation, and entertainment options. The room facilities are complete, tidy, and clean. The desk, lounge chair, and sofa are all well-arranged, and reminders, warnings, and reservation information are all meticulously provided. Overall, I'm satisfied. As a Jinjiang member of Vienna Hotels, I have two small suggestions: 1. When closing the sliding bathroom door, the hand groove can easily overshoot due to inertia, potentially pinching one's hand. Perhaps a stopper could be installed on the upper slide rail, or a decorative barrier board could be added to the right wall. 2. Possibly because it's a new hotel, there was still a strong formaldehyde smell when exiting the elevator on the 11th floor. I recommend having a professional company perform formaldehyde reduction treatments several times.

The driver was incredibly kind, spoke standard Mandarin, so communication was seamless. Unlike many hotels that use vans for pickups, they arranged a business car directly. Seeing how exhausted I was from my journey, the driver even offered to turn on the seat massage function so I could rest, and my fatigue instantly melted away. The driver mentioned that this is their family property, they don't do much online advertising, saving that money to invest in facilities and services, which is incredibly practical. The hotel facilities are new and spotlessly clean, with great attention to detail. The price is also very reasonable. Personally, I feel it's on par with hotels like 'All Seasons' and offers amazing value for money. Let me share a small detail from my stay: I accidentally dropped an earring into the sink and panicked. But when I opened the sink trap, it was incredibly clean, and there was even a funnel-like design that caught the earring directly. To have such attention to detail is truly impressive. Furthermore, the hotel's bedding was excellent; the pillows were so comfortable, and it was very quiet. I think it's perfect for business travelers or those with layovers. What touched me the most was when my period suddenly started in the middle of the night. It was very late, and I called the front desk to ask where I could buy supplies. To my surprise, the hotel had already prepared these for female guests. They even gave me several extra pads, gently saying, ”Girls understand,” and I was instantly warmed by their thoughtfulness. They also offer complete services like airport drop-off and wake-up calls. When I had an early morning flight, the front desk specially prepared hot milk, eggs, and bread. The staff member's attitude was consistently wonderful. From pickup to check-in and then to drop-off, I was incredibly well taken care of throughout. They don't bother with flashy promotions; it's all about genuine service and quality. I'll definitely stay here again next time! It was fantastic!!

Facilities: Excellent Hygiene: Excellent The hotel is the same as the Xingcheng Hotel, with identical amenities. They have a meal delivery robot, and the front desk even prepared a takeaway breakfast with milk and bread for my early morning flight. The experience was fantastic.

During the complimentary airport pick-up, the driver saw me holding my sleeping child and proactively adjusted the car's temperature higher. The snacks aren't the usual generic commercial street fare; instead, it's local stalls bustling with people: ice tangyuan, roasted pig trotters, and maocai. You can get a full meal for 10 yuan, a great meal for 20 yuan, and walking back to the hotel after overeating is perfect for digestion.

The bed was huge, but the location was a bit out of the way, up in the mountains, which made it very quiet. It was close to the airport, and they even provided bread and milk. The facilities were all good, with strong A/C and water pressure. The only downside was quite a few bugs. They also offered airport shuttle service! All in all, great value for the price!

The bed linens were sparkling clean and felt incredibly soft, the floors were so pristine you could comfortably walk barefoot, and the bathroom's glass door and sink were spotless, with not a single water stain. Even the mirror was polished to a brilliant shine. There was absolutely no need to worry about hygiene; all I wanted to do was lie down comfortably and relax. From the seamless transport coordination and meticulous service details to the core cleanliness of the accommodation, every single aspect was executed flawlessly. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hassle-free and comfortable stay. Without a doubt, it will be my top choice the next time I'm in the area!

I booked this hotel because i had an early flight. The room was really nice and clean. The receptionist spoke english and helped with everything. In the morning they even arranged transport for us for free to the airport and the breakfast was also nice. In the end i would really like to appreciate the hotel staff as we forgot some stuff at the hotel which when we contacted them they parcelled to us in shanghai. Overall the experience was great and i would highly recommend.
