AAnonymous UserThe last two kilometers of the road leading to the courtyard from the main road were quite rough, a narrow path only wide enough for one car, making it quite challenging. However, once we arrived at the courtyard, it felt like a delightful surprise, like finding a beautiful village beyond a willow-shaded lane. Each time we arrived, the warm and welcoming owner was already waiting in the parking area, proactively helping us with our luggage. This courtyard is run by a lovely family, and you can feel the warmth of their home everywhere. The owners treat guests like family, their children are lively and cute, and even their cat is friendly and interacts with guests. The courtyard only has four rooms, each equipped with a private hot spring tub. Inside, there's also underfloor heating, a heater, and an electric blanket. After a day of playing in the snowy mountains, being able to soak in the outdoor balcony tub, listening to the rain and admiring the greenery, was incredibly relaxing. Additionally, the food at the courtyard is also commendable; the home-style stir-fries were fragrant and unforgettable. The entire guesthouse experience was perfect.

The staff were outstanding—professional, warm, and always ready to help. Every evening, they thoughtfully sent delicious local snacks to the room, which made the experience feel extra special. Breakfast was good with generous portion, cook to order. We had dinners at their restaurant during our stay. Food is good, reasonably priced. They are simply impressive. The team was extremely helpful with public transport guidance and could even assist in arranging transport when needed, making travel smooth and stress-free. The hot spring facilities were incredibly comfortable, with clear and friendly instructions provided for first-time visitors. We are touched by their staff’s courtesy and warmth. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the added AI support made the stay even more convenient. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. I will definitely come back again!

XXiaoweivWe saw a sea of clouds, which exceeded our expectations and was fantastic. The hotel service was also very good. There was a luggage drop-off point next to the ticket office at the foot of the mountain, and after dropping off our luggage, there were staff to help us get into the scenic area and take the cable car – very thoughtful and convenient! A great experience! The only downside is that there aren't many good food options at the top, so I recommend bringing your own snacks and fruit. However, you shouldn't eat too much, as it can easily cause altitude sickness. Eat small, frequent meals!

RRoryHakunaThe camp was very clean and beautiful. Out of all places I've stayed during my trip to Chengdu & Xiling, their camp is the best. Up till today (we've checked out their camp for about 1 week+ now) we still talked about our experience there. It is very memorable. Their staff are also very helpful. We couldn't find the camp at first and they sent staff to guide us. My mom left her charger at the camp and they willingly sent it to our next hotel. Their hospitality is the best! At first, we were shocked that we have to hike(10-20mins) to get to the camp. We were shocked because we were tired since we have been traveling for the past 2 days and haven't rested properly. But when we reached there, it was all worth it! This camp was basically what we need to recharge ourselves.

TThanaThis is budget accommodation in walking distance 800m from the entrance of Xiling snow mountain. We arrived by bus at 10:30 and contacted hotel to pick our luggages at the entrance. Staffs were very kind and energetic. We came down and walked back to the hotel. It is cheaper to stay here and has many options for dinner. But heating system was not working so very cold at night as we stayed over Christmas. Simple breakfasts can be ordered. For non Chinese speakers like us, try to get WeChat of the hotel in advance.

The hotel has been around for a while, so the decor and facilities are a bit dated, but it was clean and didn't have any strange odors. Dining was very convenient, and there's free parking, so overall it was good. The hot springs were very accessible; you could go straight in from the second floor of the hotel. Various pools were nestled among the trees, which was nice, and there was also a glass walkway that kids enjoyed. The only downside was that the water in the channels was a bit cold when we went at night.

It features both high-temperature and low-temperature pools, surrounded by bamboo groves and rock formations. The misty atmosphere makes soaking in the hot spring feel like being in a fairyland – you can listen to the mountain breeze while soaking! 🌿 The hot pot was absolutely delicious! The owner's freshly sliced beef and secret-recipe satay sauce were simply amazing. Enjoying a hot pot by the mountain and water was so satisfying! The hotel also has a karaoke room 🎤, and I even tried playing the guqin and drums. The owner was like a caring older brother or sister, proactively helping with luggage and patiently recommending things to do in the surrounding area. From the local customs of Huashuiwan to off-the-beaten-path routes to Xiling Snow Mountain, they shared everything they knew. Staying here felt as comfortable and relaxing as visiting relatives. For working professionals looking to relax and unwind on the weekend, I highly recommend the Xiaoyao Shuigu Hot Spring Hotel in Huashuiwan – a place that combines clean accommodations, stunning hot springs, fun activities, and delicious food! ✨

MM790460****Overall, I was very satisfied. The owner was very welcoming, and the other staff members were also very nice. There were even adorable kittens in the shop! If taking a taxi is inconvenient, they offer a shuttle service, although it costs extra, but the price is very reasonable, unlike some taxis that charge double. This hotel is very close to the front of the mountain, which is very convenient. There are tons of ******* macaques along the way, so you can go to the front of the mountain on the first day and the back on the second.
