Beyond a five-star experience! The room was incredibly comfortable, and all the amenities were excellent. Bvlgari toiletries were provided, and they thoughtfully prepared earplugs, disposable bath towels, regular towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, facial cleanser, makeup remover pads, and even hydrating face masks! With both underfloor heating and radiators, the room was perfectly warm. Welcome snacks were provided in the room, and in the evening, they even delivered fruit wine, additional snacks, and warm milk! Outside, there was a charming small courtyard with two swings – one overlooking the valley, the other facing the expansive grassland. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Watching herds of horses slowly make their way home across the grassland at sunset was a truly delightful experience! What impressed me most was that the hotel contacted us in advance, provided a comprehensive travel guide, and enthusiastically helped with directions, answered all our questions about local attractions, and offered excellent suggestions. They even helped arrange a car for us to see the morning mist. Although the fog was too thick to see the river, the trip was still incredibly worthwhile. It's an absolute secluded paradise, truly living up to its 'hidden gem' reputation!

Finally found this hidden gem of a guesthouse in the Kanas Scenic Area! From the moment I stepped into the courtyard, I was awestruck by the fairytale-like wooden cabins and the distant snow-capped mountains. The owner was incredibly welcoming, the rooms were clean and cozy, and the disposable toiletries were reassuring. Looking at the snow-capped mountains from the window was simply too romantic! I've already recommended it to all my friends. You'll regret not staying here when you come to Kanas! I definitely want to come back next autumn to experience the breathtaking view from the balcony as the forests turn a vibrant red.

This was the most comfortable inn I stayed in during my recent trip. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the space and layout were great, and there was a washing machine with dryer. The hostess and owner were so welcoming, they even went out to meet us and helped with our luggage. As soon as we arrived at the cabin, we saw a rainbow. The hostess said it was a double rainbow, and they upgraded my room. Thank you. The breakfast was also very generous. I'll definitely stay at your place next winter.

This hotel fully lives up to holiday resort standards. I noticed many small details, such as the ski rack and the warm air curtain (similar to ones I've seen in Hokkaido), which will be great for enjoying the powder snow when winter arrives. Although Jike Prairie is currently undergoing expansion, the hotel housekeeper Anna and manager William provided warm and thoughtful service. The room they arranged was very quiet with a mountain view, so I highly recommend it!

The room facilities were great, the bedding was comfortable, and everything was clean and hygienic. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the room had both floor heating and air conditioning. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was clean and tasty. The front desk staff were very friendly and the shuttle service was available on call, making it easy to get around.

The experience at Hemu Yijing B&B was absolutely fantastic! The wooden cabin style has a unique local charm, and the room was clean, cozy, and equipped with high-end facilities. Opening the window, you're greeted by vast mountains and stunning views – the scenery and outlook are exceptional. The butler service was thoughtful and attentive, always responding promptly to our needs. The breakfast and afternoon tea were both rich and exquisite. The location is convenient for getting around, quiet, and relaxing, allowing you to truly immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Hemu. I'd rate it as the best B&B in Hemu!

We had an incredible stay at Zarat Kanas Homestay. The host was incredibly personable and friendly. She went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and that we had an enjoyable stay. The location of the cabin is perfect in the New Village, right in front of the #5 bus stop. The cabin was roomy and spacious, comfortable, and clean. The radiant floor heating kept us warm when it was below freezing outside. We stayed here 2 nights with my family and couldn't ask for anything more. If you are considering a home stay in Kanas, I highly recommend staying with Zarat!

We stayed here for 2 nights. I booked this accomodation because trip.com indicated this is a non smoking room. When we got into the room we can noticed straight away strong cigarette smell. I saw an Ash tray in the room that was just used. To reduce the cigarette smell I opened the door and windows and put the Ash tray into a plastic bag and tightly sealed it. Prior to check in we had a problem caused by the luggage transfer staff at Kanas Lake and the lady boss was kind enough to fetch one of us again to the luggage release point at Jiadengyu car park station. Fresh fruits were supplied daily to our room. We are happy with that. The location of the accommodation was not near to the shuttle bus stop as compared to many hotels in the vicinity. The bathroom has no wall hook and towel rails for hanging clothes and towels. This makes bathing not easy especially in the cold autumn weather. Disposable paper bath towels was provided and it was uncomfortable to use besides being inefficient to remove water and moisture from the body. One of the lamps on the ceiling was not working. The curtain has a part that was dislocated and not fixed. Glass with no handle was provided and when it's filled with hot water it's difficult and dangerous to hold as you can drop the glass easily if you are not very careful. The elderly lady at the accommodation was very helpful and told us to use the common area chairs to put our bag as no luggage rack was provided in the room. The shower head in the bathroom was made of metal of inferior design and one of us burned our hand when bathing.

The room faces the Populus euphratica forest with snow-capped mountains behind it – the location is absolutely fantastic! The underfloor heating plus electric heating makes it a complete contrast to the cold outdoors, like a world of difference. The owner is very thoughtful, providing full guidance throughout our trip, which greatly enhanced our experience. This trip was definitely worth it!

The room was clean and tidy, the environment was comfortable, and we received a free room upgrade. The service was warm and attentive. It was very convenient for getting around and sightseeing, with a dedicated car pick-up and drop-off. We didn't even have to wait in line at the front desk; check-in was directly in our room. They patiently introduced us to local attractions and activities. The overall experience for dining, accommodation, and touring was fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again next time, and I truly recommend it to everyone!
