Very good base for visiting Kanas Lake. Room was spacious, clean and had most things you might need (although some tea/coffee in the room wouldn’t have gone amiss). Simple home-cooked food is available, which is very welcome given the lack of dining options in the area. Location is slightly inconvenient if you’re not self-driving - at the edge of the tourist area, up a dirt track - although the staff will kindly give you a lift to/from the main tourist centre upon request. Service very warm and welcoming. Would recommend.

Hotel is terrible, no lift, no TV, no shower enclosure or even curtains. Lucky we are only here for 1 night.

The environment is beautiful and very cultural. There is a tea table in the hall in front of the guest room. The decorations in the room are very unique. What I will never forget is this: I saw many copies of Li Juan's "My Altay" placed in the store. I wanted to buy one, but the lady boss said she wouldn't sell it and gave me a copy directly. The side dishes prepared by the proprietress for breakfast are delicious. Like👍

The room is very clean and sanitary. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and will help solve any problems. Our room is on the fourth floor. When checking in and checking out, the young man at the front desk was helping with luggage and gave him a thumbs up. Breakfast consisted of six side dishes, steamed buns, eggs, and millet porridge. The millet porridge was replenished wirelessly and was very good. The previous B&B was all watery and there wasn’t much rice. 😂😂. Very satisfied with my stay

Good reviews. The lady at the front desk was super nice. She greeted me at the door in advance with the guy who carried the luggage. She also upgraded the room for free. The room was neat and clean. The accommodation experience was great, far exceeding the accommodation expectations.
