__M1355185****This hot spring hotel, nestled halfway up the mountainside in Tengchong, boasts an unparalleled location with sweeping city views. From the misty, ink-wash painting-like scenery greeting you through the floor-to-ceiling windows each morning, to the vibrant orange and blue oil painting at sunset, the beauty is truly captivating and perfect for photos. The owners are incredibly warm and attentive. From pre-arrival communication and reception to meticulously looking after every detail during our stay, their dedication shines through. You can truly feel their passion for life. The room's layout is well-designed, but the private hot spring pool deserves the highest praise. It was diligently cleaned every day, with even the tile grout spotless. Each evening, the hot spring water was crystal clear with a faint, pleasant scent of bezoar. They even thoughtfully brought drinks and fruit to our room as soon as the water started filling. Our child enjoyed yogurt every night for three days, and impressively, no two flavors were the same – such a heartwarming touch. Breakfast was also incredibly satisfying, offering a variety of local dishes like Ersi and rice noodles, alongside side dishes, fruits, and pastries, with hardly any repetition. Our child's recurring phrase each day was, 'Next time, we're staying at this hotel again.' Overall, the experience was absolutely perfect. Thank you to the owners for their attentive and thoughtful care.

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, very close to all the city attractions, and it's super convenient for taxis and food delivery. Since it's located inside a villa complex, it's also very quiet at night. We came with elders and kids and booked a family room on the ground floor with a yard. We could sunbathe in the yard in the afternoon, and there was even a osmanthus tree that was still blooming in December – it smelled amazing! The owner is incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering recommendations for attractions and dining spots, and even paying attention to the kids' needs, which was really great. On our departure day, our flight was quite early, and we were worried about missing breakfast. The owner specifically asked the cook to prepare breakfast earlier for us so we could have a hot meal before heading to the airport. We couldn't book a hot spring room this time, but we'll definitely try it on our next visit!

YYoo agWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner and his wife are extremely kind and welcoming. They brought us to many beautiful places and spent time showing us around and even playing with us, which made our trip very special. The hotel offers great value with a high standard. Everything is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the most special things about this place is the onsen (hot spring). The water comes from a real natural hot spring, which makes the experience very authentic and relaxing. We truly appreciate the warm hospitality from the owner and his wife. They even promised to come visit us in the future, which shows how genuine and friendly they are. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-quality stay with wonderful hosts and a real hot spring experience.

XXjtudouThis trip was with my sister and niece! The guesthouse was conveniently located near the scenic area entrance, making it easy to get in and out! Because it was at the end of a small alley, the environment was quiet, conducive to rest! The host personally picked up and dropped off our luggage at the scenic area entrance! Breakfast was healthy and delicious every day! We ordered the rice noodles in soup every day! They were very responsive to guests' requests! Finally, I'd like to suggest they be a little more proactive in their service!

GGuest UserThis hotel offers great value for money, and the service is exceptional. Every evening when I returned, I'd find tea or snacks in my room. What's more, this is the first hotel I've booked through Trip.com in years that proactively called me to arrange a complimentary airport pick-up. The location is also fantastic, right next to a pedestrian street, and not far from the city center's main walking street, perfect for an evening stroll through the night market. The hotel even provides handwritten local tips and restaurant recommendations, which is incredibly thoughtful.

Lli_liwwezeOverall, this stay was absolutely fantastic! It was definitely a highlight of my Tengchong trip and I highly recommend it! Having visited Tengchong three times, this is the best value hotel I've ever stayed at. From the hotel's decor and facilities to the service, everything is top-notch, and the price is very reasonable! It's especially suitable for family trips. The suite we stayed in was cozy and comfortable; it truly felt like ”coming home,” so pleasant and warm. 1. Facilities: The room had a private soaking tub and underfloor heating. Staying there in autumn and winter, especially when the ginkgo leaves turn golden, was incredibly comfortable. A hot soak instantly warmed me up and relieved all my fatigue. 2. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was impeccable. Being a new hotel, the attention to detail was excellent, absolutely impeccable. 3. Service: Every butler was exceptionally warm and attentive, providing professional and thoughtful service. The owner even personally monitored the service in the group chat, which was fantastic! A special shout-out to our butler, Xiao Tang! During our three-day chartered car trip, he was not only incredibly helpful and attentive, answering all our questions, but also proactively took photos for us and recommended daily attractions. He even scouted out locations beforehand, guiding us to avoid crowds and allowing us to see absolutely stunning and photogenic ginkgo trees. He was incredibly reliable! Furthermore, my brother and I are always forgetful, and he patiently helped us contact and find things for us. We are extremely grateful. 4. Living Environment: The neighborhood is quiet, the environment is green, and the air is fresh. We slept exceptionally well and soundly at night. We'll definitely come back next time!

JJIAJIAStayed in the ancient town for four nights. The location of the homestay is very convenient next to the large parking lot in the ancient town. The bathroom has a drying hot air and floor heating. It is comfortable to use a dyson hair dryer, with a large bathtub, and dry and wet separation. The overall service of the homestay is particularly good. There is also a housekeeper to pick up the parking lot in the middle of the night. In the morning, there is an aunt who prepares to pack corn sweet potatoes and egg snacks for us in advance. The aunts are very friendly and dry our clothes and put them back in the room. The boss brother and Miss Sister are also very intimate to recommend a variety of food and hot springs (Lotus Hot Spring). The overall stay is very worry-free, five points praise 💗

It's located on the edge of the ancient town, a bit far from the main area, so it's not recommended for elderly people with mobility issues. It's fine for young people, and you can even take a walk around Wild Duck Lake. The hot springs were okay, but perhaps because we went during the off-season, there were only two pools available, so the experience wasn't great when it was crowded. I highly recommend the nearby ”Mama's Taste” restaurant – it's incredibly delicious!

GGuest UserThis hotel is nestled within a hot spring village, offering a beautiful environment that truly makes you feel close to nature. Tengchong isn't a very large area, so travel time from the hotel to various scenic spots won't exceed 30 minutes. The private hot spring is set in a charming little courtyard, creating a wonderful ambiance. The afternoon tea included in our room package required a reservation in advance, as they prepare a limited number of sets daily. If our schedule was tight and we missed the afternoon tea time, they were happy to deliver it to our room, which was a very thoughtful touch. Overall, the service maintained the Banyan Tree standard. My only surprise was the lack of Christmas atmosphere in Tengchong; even a major international brand like Banyan Tree had no Christmas decorations or elements during the holiday season.
