We booked a retest upstairs and downstairs. It is very convenient. The privacy is OK. Although the bathroom is a little smaller, the environment is very good. On the first day I stayed, I decided to live in her house in Heshun for the past few days. The environment is clean and hygienic, not to mention, the location is also very convenient, tens of meters in front is the century-old vegetable market, and it is very convenient to play the middle line, east line, west line. Living here is like living in my own home. The proprietress is attentive and gentle. She prepares breakfast for us every morning. Because one day the trip is to go to Gaoligong Mountain for a hike, she deliberately went to the town in the morning to buy rain shoes for us. She has always asked us to eat local specialty thin bean powder. And ask us what we like to eat for breakfast. The picture is the fruit prepared for us. We all like to eat that green mango, so we have been giving it to us. In short, if I still come to Heshun Ancient Town, I will still choose this one.

The mattress is a bit soft, which may not be suitable for the elderly. The owner and his family are friendly, the food is delicious, the environment is good, and it is a harmonious combination of Chinese and Western cuisine.

Nuangui Homestay I sent emails to Nuangui via trip.com on 24 Nov and 30 Nov to arrange for complimentary pick up. I got no reply to my 2 emails. I telephoned Nuangui via trip.com on 1 Dec before flying out to TengChong, a lady answered the phone, she insisted she didn't receive my 2 emails, but promised to arrange pick up. When we arrived in TengChong we were picked up and dropped off at the entrance of HeShun and given a gps map sharing location and told to find our own way to the minsu after eating because their staff/boss refused to meet and greet us at the HeShun entrance. At the time it was around 9.30pm. Despite the gps map sharing, we spent a long time walking around dark, narrow, quiet streets of HeShun looking for something to eat and then later the minsu location. In the end we couldn't find the minsu. There was no one around to ask for durections and it was quite dark and very cold. By around 11.15pm we finally gave up looking and called the minsu to come and find us and take us to the minsu. They only answered after a few minutes of calling. It was lucky we insisted on calling, we would never have found the minsu by ourselves. The minsu itself was great, comfortable and clean. The location is convenient (when u know where it is and how to get there). The minsu staff took our luggage all the way, from the airport to the minsu, which was very helpful, I wouldn't have made it to the minsu if I had to carry my own luggage because a lot of the HsShun streets are uneven, uphill and many steps. The only hic up was the bath, originally we thought it wasn't working because there was no hot water coming out from the hot water tap. After 3 nights of stay, we later found out that the taps were installed incorrectly, C water tap meant hot water and the other way round. Also, even though staying in minsu in HeShun, you still have to pay entrance tickets, that wasn't pointed out on the minsu details.

The service was exceptionally attentive. After booking, they contacted us in advance to arrange airport pickup. Upon arrival, the hotel manager upgraded our room and even helped deliver our luggage. The lake view room with a hot spring bath was an absolute delight. Watching the sunset while soaking in the hot springs allowed you to fully experience the unique charm of Heshun Ancient Town. The room also provided a wide variety of snacks, including delicious homemade yogurt. The hotel manager even gave us some of his own ancient tree black tea. Our two-night stay was truly wonderful, and the trip to Heshun Ancient Town was well worth it.

After booking the room, there will be a special person and me to contact me, inform the location of the parking lot in detail, and wait in the parking lot in advance, help us transport the luggage to the room, after check-in, the boss gave us a hand-painted map of the ancient town, patiently explain the route of the attractions, special snacks 😋 went to the local restaurant, Taste local dishes, mint fried ribs and fungus fried bacon. Fragrant. Back to the room, carefully looked at, satisfied! The room is large, there are windows on three sides, you can see the rice fields outside Heshun Town. The bait shreds cooked by the rich and delicious aunt for breakfast tasted particularly good. The seasoning she made herself is particularly fragrant. At the end of breakfast, I slipped to the Wild Duck Lake and the scenery was beautiful. It was very pleasant to stroll on the bluestone road. This is the life I yearn for. I will definitely come back for a few more days next time.

It is too suitable for playing with the family. The air here is fresh and pleasant, and the natural scenery is beautiful. It is really worth it to choose to stay here. The price is affordable and close to the people. The room is bright and transparent, the lighting is good and the ventilation is good, and the family is comfortable.

The room was quite spacious, but the bathroom facilities were a bit outdated. It's located on the edge of the ancient town, a bit far from the main area, so it's not recommended for elderly people with mobility issues. It's fine for young people, and you can even take a walk around Wild Duck Lake. The hot springs were okay, but perhaps because we went during the off-season, there were only two pools available, so the experience wasn't great when it was crowded. I highly recommend the nearby ”Mama's Taste” restaurant – it's incredibly delicious!

The guesthouse location is really right at the centre of the morning market. All the good food are within the area. Even though the accommodation location is within the morning market, room sound-proofing is still good. Room is clean n big. Newly renovated with all the amenities, except fridge n aircon within the room. But you still can cook or store items at the common kitchen at 2nd floor. Owners are friendly n helpful. Willing to share info when you have queries. Got a cutest black cat in the premises. Will stay there again if I ever travel there again.

The homestay experience exceeded expectations! The landlord's service is particularly intimate and thoughtful, the response to questions is very fast, and the whole stay is very worry-free. The room is clean and tidy, the environment is quiet and comfortable, the facilities are complete, the living feeling is very good, I will choose here next time I come, highly recommended!
