The facilities were outdated. But the service was quite well, they let us to have a early check in after we get off the cruise.

Everything about the hotel met my expectations and was a good value for the price, except one thing. At 10:30 am on morning of checkout, while trying to get ready, someone knocked on my door and left before I could answer. It happened again 20 minutes later. I called the front desk to check their security cameras, but they never responded back. 10 minutes later, and every 10 minutes after that, someone knocked on the door and yelled out "room cleaning". And each time I yelled back "I'm not checking out until Noon". So it ended with a bad experience.

Clean hotel, decent food, quiet. This location was excellent for our short stay before going on a cruise. Shuttle service to and from the airport free, nominal charge compared to Uber or taxi to Port of Miami to get to cruise ships. Book shuttle service to and from Port of Miami in advance.

There was no water drinking facility and a four star hotel doesn’t go such thing where you need to buy water bottle for USD 2.

Very nice they let us check in early and check out at noon with no extra cost, nice pool area , comfortable beds and the area is safe front desk was friendly when we checked in but when we called asking about a late check out extension the person on the phone a little rude, other than that I would say it was a good stay.

It’s good and average place for vacation
