Global International Hotel Management Properties in Macau

This is an established four-star hotel with professional and attentive service that made me feel completely at ease. Highly recommended! There were doormen at the entrance to open doors and help with luggage. I arrived early and was able to store my luggage before checking in at 3 PM. Check-out is before 12 PM, and the deposit was 500. They also offer luggage storage after check-out. Although the room wasn't huge, the layout was incredibly well-designed, making it feel cozy, comfortable, and upscale. The interior decor and materials were high-quality, not cheap-looking at all. I requested a non-smoking room and a high floor, and they gave me a corner suite on the 17th floor with a fantastic view. It's newly renovated and very well-maintained, so it doesn't feel old-fashioned. The location is excellent, just a 15-minute walk to Rua do Cunha. Bus and light rail stations are also very close by. If you walk further into the residential area, there are tons of great places to eat. The hotel's dim sum restaurant on the 3rd floor is also quite good, starting service at 10 AM. Hotel guests get a discount, and even though I had already checked out that day, they still gave me the discount, which was a very thoughtful gesture.

This hotel was soooo much nicer than we expected! For starters, you have plenty of cheap restaurants within a 3-minute-walk radius. The rooms are unbelievably big and clean and with all the amenities you need. The housekeeping seems to be working 24h because we needed some water at 11pm and they came immediately to deliver it. The hotel also has a small gym and a pool on the 4th floor, as well as 3 restaurants and a ****** - I meant it when I said this hotel is much nicer than we expected! Unfortunately we only had 2 nights there so couldn’t enjoy it fully but those 2 days were plenty of time to see Macau. Would definitely recommend using a bit higher budget but going with this rich-feeling hotel 😅

Hotel is located just nearby Grand Lisbon ******, in a very city center. Room is clear and tidy. Comfortable beds and bed sheets. Breakfast was not so so rich, but for sure enough. The only thing that was a bit uncomfortable- a very poor amenities: tiny bath foam and and hair conditioner, home shoes and 2 bottles of water and thats all. At least tooth brushes would be great. Also, pay attention to have enough cash or not Chinese credit cards for psyment, hotel requires 500 mop deposit for your stay. For foreigners it could be an issue.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The price is reasonable, the location is excellent, and it's well-equipped and clean. The front desk staff, seeing I was traveling alone, kindly upgraded me from a twin room to a king room, and it even had a mountain view. However, they still charged a 500 deposit. The staff said they charge it regardless of how many times you've stayed here. 😀
