"The hotel environment is beautiful and pleasant, with an elegant decoration style. Parking is also very convenient, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are warm, thoughtful, always smiling, and meticulous in their work! Any issues during the stay are actively and efficiently handled by the staff. The environment is quiet with good soundproofing, and it's convenient for getting around. Staying here made our trip to Yining particularly worry-free. The overall experience was excellent and it's definitely worth staying here!"

"This was my first time staying at an InterContinental brand hotel, and I loved it. The room layout was great, the bedding was comfortable, and as a new hotel, it was a very pleasant stay. But those aren't even the most important points; what truly stands out is the service in Xinjiang, which is far superior to what you find in inland regions. The service here is so incredibly warm, from the Holiday Inn Express in Narat to this EVEN hotel. Tomorrow, I'll be staying another night at the InterContinental Yining. This trip to Xinjiang has been perfect. The four InterContinental brands have completely changed my previous negative impression of the brand (e.g., the InterContinental Melbourne staff didn't lock our door after cleaning). All four brands – Indigo, Holiday Inn Express, InterContinental, and EVEN – were excellent. The main reason is the fantastic service; it's genuinely enthusiastic. So, even if it's a bit pricey, it's totally worth it. Highly recommended. The front desk and concierge at EVEN were superb. Manager Kevin provided us with an excellent experience."

The lobby is clean and tidy, the front desk is fast to handle the procedures, and also takes the initiative to inform the surrounding play routes. "The best hotel I stayed in Xinjiang, the room was clean and bright, the bedding was very comfortable, not the kind of soft and sagging. The best thing was the buffet breakfast, with rich dishes and very good taste. Next time I come to Yining, I will choose to stay at Tianyuan International Hotel, which is great."
