"Although it's called a hotel, I'd say it's more like a guesthouse or B&B. Because it's labeled a hotel, my expectations dropped significantly after checking in. I booked a two-bedroom apartment for 1000 RMB during Chinese New Year, and honestly, I don't think it was worth it. The plunge pool on the balcony is tiny, basically the size of a bathtub. On the bright side, I saw them change the water in the public hot spring pool in the morning. The soundproofing in the room isn't great; I could hear the sound of the pool filling up downstairs."

"The hotel is located at the foot of Nankun Mountain, right at the intersection with the famous internet-famous stone carving. The air is incredibly fresh, and the hotel grounds are very spacious, perfect for walks. The front desk staff patiently explained the hotel's amenities. In the hot spring area, the staff proactively asked if we needed drinks. The hot springs are divided into two sections: ground-level and cave. Perhaps because the May Day holiday had just ended, it wasn't crowded, making the hot spring experience particularly enjoyable. Plus, the breakfast spread was very rich and lived up to five-star hotel standards."

"On weekends, I brought my family to Nankun Mountain to relax. I chose to stay in Boxin Yunshe. The courtyard is quiet and comfortable. The housekeeper will take the initiative to serve tea and send good night milk. The room is cleaned very clean. In particular, the private soup pool is very comfortable. Towels and bath towels can be taken away. The experience is particularly extra points. I recommend everyone to try it."

"I had bookmarked this place two years ago, and it just so happened that my stay fell on my birthday. I specifically chose a hotel over a guesthouse, and it really lived up to expectations! The environment and cleanliness were excellent. Parking was super convenient with multiple underground levels of parking spots. I was very satisfied with the hotel's breakfast buffet; I took my time, watching the plants outside the window and spacing out for an hour. Even though I didn't eat much, listening to the music was so enjoyable. My parents went to the hot springs and said the water was very clean, but I didn't go in. I'd definitely come back again if I get the chance! The front desk staff, both the ladies and the 'little dog' (presumably a male staff member, possibly a playful nickname), were very enthusiastic and helpful! The pool was also beautiful, but it was regular temperature, not heated, so I couldn't go in."

"The private onsen's water flow was very slow, and the air conditioning system was broken from the moment we checked in, making the room incredibly cold. The vent was blowing directly onto my head, so I had to sleep sideways. Someone came to fix it in the afternoon, but it broke again that night, and I couldn't adjust the temperature or turn it off. There wasn't much to do in the surrounding area, and the lobby smelled strongly of smoke."

"This time, I booked the Forest Hot Spring King Room, which was on the fifth floor of Block A. As soon as I stepped out of the elevator, there was a musty smell, like an old cupboard. The smell was also present inside the room when I opened the door, as if the entire place was emanating a cabinet-like mildew odor. It made for a very poor stay, especially for over a thousand a night – definitely not worth it! Book with caution!! Although it came with a private hot spring, it looked really dirty, as if it hadn't been cleaned in ages. I didn't even use it, so I basically wasted that money. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone thinking of coming here; the value for money is very low."

The outdoor public area slides and large swimming pools are complete, especially suitable for carrying a baby discharge. I have to mention that the restaurant farmhouse dishes are so delicious that I finally don't have to run around with my children. The sanitation is very good, the housekeeper also took the initiative to provide children's toiletries, like one."

"It was a very horrifying experience. I have been in hot springs so many times, but this is the first time I have seen people rubbing mud with bath towels, rubbing feet, and then washing bath towels at the outlet... The world is so big, there are all kinds of people. This is not entirely the hotel's fault, but the hotel's attitude is very problematic! First of all, the hotel has an indifferent attitude. I repeatedly emphasized that this is too disgusting. After more than 20 minutes, they said, "Then let people go and have a look? ! The bath has been scrubbed, what's the point of you coming again? And they didn't say to close the mud rubbing pool. I don't know how many pools this family has ruined, but at least the foot mud rubbing pool I saw should be closed! The hotel obviously doesn't take it seriously. It's too disgusting. I can't stand it. It's weird, disgusting, and speechless."

"Huge resort, in a very quiet area, middle of montains. staff is really friendly and helpful, some of them speak good English ( ask Betty ). The rooms are very big, full equipped, no USB plug so take yours. The hot spring is amazing with great variety of basins but always hot water…. One Chinese restaurant and one buffet restaurant, where you can find call what you like. You must try the draft beer at the buffet…. Breakfast is huge with lot of dishes, fruits, even coffee. Located at 20km from highway (G45), hotel is easy to find. At only 500m from hotel, a small village with lot of small shops, where you can find what you need. If you have car, parking inside hotel, free. Since 12 years I go many times there, and I don’t see any change. Always clean and the same perfect service."

"This is THE WORST hotel I have stayed in China!!! Right above the room are some type of machine (AC or water heater) that make very loud noise that drive you nuts. Can't sleep... The room is not clean. The TV and wifi did not work at all. Of note, the front desk and guest service are rude when I complained to them about the broken TV and room noise. I have to confront them seriously before they offered to change the room for me. It is NOT the hotel experience you want to get on a trip... Well, the hotel is located near government agencies, which makes it convenient for business trips. But they gave you a bad sleep and crappy mood which set you off to a bad start of the business... 最差的酒店体验!! 房间不整洁, 电视和wifi都不能用. 更离谱的是房间上方有大型机器的噪音, 完全睡不着觉!!! 叫前台和工程部的人来修理, 可是他们的态度很不礼貌, 我严厉的反驳之后, 他们才老实了. 最后还是修不好, 在我要求后,只好给我换房间, 大半夜的,十分耽误我休息."
