This time I took my baby and dog to the Wanlv Lake Wind Valley Camp, and the experience exceeded expectations. The lawn of the camp is super big, the children and the dogs run casually, the two big dogs in the hotel are docile and their relatives, and my dog doesn't want to go. The most heartwarming thing is that I forgot to bring dog food, and the front desk sent a large cup of emergency directly; Check-in also presented a paddle board experience. Strangely, no management staff came out. This is a huge failure in management. It is estimated that the group stayed for two nights, as they had not left at around 3pm the next day. From their car, we learned that they were from Guangzhou, Zhanjiang, Zhongshan and other places, and they also spoke Cantonese. I don’t know if they know how to write the word “ugly”, have very low quality, and harass other residents by treating public places as their own private spaces. I hope the hotel management can face up to this problem. For this reason, I don't intend to recommend it to my friends either.

For someone like me who visits Nankun Mountain almost every year, this guesthouse is truly a hidden gem! We visited Yunyue Mountain when it first opened (back then we stayed at other guesthouses), and even then, its Baroque decor stood out among the many wooden cabins and hotels. This time, we felt it was excellent value for money! Plus, the guesthouse has a communal hot tub and an infinity pool, perfect for relaxation! And you can even have a barbecue! (Just between you and me, it's the off-season now, but they were the only place fully booked on weekends, which shows how good their reputation is 😉)

We had a joyful and relaxing stay at Nankunshan Zaiyundan Wenquan Homestay the past two days. We stayed in the topmost space capsule, which was spacious and luxurious with an amazing view over the hotel and down into the mountain valleys. The hostess was kind, fun and helpful, organising day trips for us and even taking the initiative to order a super cute birthday cake for our daughter’s 13th. We loved swimming in the pool, soaking in the hot tub and eating at the restaurant, where the lovely cook made delicious food for us morning and night. We especially recommend the fish and the eggplant and green bean stirfry. On our last day the hostess organised a driver to take us to the airport via local attractions and the amazing Zhenggou temple - a great finish to our time in China Thank you for a wonderful stay, we hope to return someday!

The homestay is very new and the service is very good. We stayed at the hotel because of the typhoon. The hotel extended us for two hours for free. The room has a refrigerator and a barbecue grill. It is suitable for a family. The homestay has two swimming pools. It is suitable for children to play in the water.

Unlike tents, the rooms are sturdy. However, the entrance is glass, so soundproofing is questionable. There are two beds, so it's enough for a family of four. The toilet and shower area had a slight smell, possibly from the drain due to sewage issues. The event that started at 8pm was fun, and the kids enjoyed it too.
