酒店衞生、環境是可以的，但是問題真的有很多： 1.酒店位於長灘藝術村的裏面，可以理解為一個旅遊景點，很多遊客以為別墅是景點設施，一直在推門，私密性真的很差。而且樓梯在外面，上樓下樓都有遊客觀摩，想安靜修養的一點都不合適。 2.温泉水據前台説循環水，温泉水從挺難遠的村子拉過來，入住之前已經放好了，晚上我們覺得臟，放水換了一次，5點多放的，晚上11點都不熱，6小時也沒能加熱，直到第二天也不是很熱，如果前一晚的客户退房，要重新換水，不知道怎麼保障第二日是新水。 3.入住車子衹能放停車場，離房間的位置有一定距離，要拿行李拿車其實挺麻煩的，而且衹一台電瓶車，入住和退房高峯期，要等很長時間。

先寫優點： 1.因為我們是三個人入住，需要多付200元，酒店幫我們升級成套房。 2.寵物10kg不額外收費。 3.附近風景很漂亮，兩個民宿在一起也比較熱鬧。 一些問題： 1.房間味道真的很大，感覺睡在寵物店裡的味道。不知道具體是什麼原因，房間太潮濕，還是其他原因。感覺做寵物友好酒店這個概念真的很好，但實際運營還是要考慮衞生，空氣問題。 2.入住酒店，剛進房間5分鐘不到，整個酒店突然停電。一個是天氣很熱，停電了半個小時左右，甚至因為馬桶是智能馬桶，因為停電也不能正常使用… 3.感覺前台辦理入住很匆忙，很多細節也沒有説清楚。之前電話有溝通需要寵物用品，到房間後發現並沒有提前準備。也沒有告知早餐時間，免費迷你吧等贈送福利，都還是我自己在攜程頁面上看到的…包括房間有送特調飲料也沒有主動説，晚上散步順便去問的時候才發現是有時間限制13:00-17:30好像，我們就完全錯過了。 4.早餐是半自助，自助的區域補的不是很及時。然後需要的送過來的配菜和主食，其實都是很簡單，明顯已經提前備好的食物，不知道為什麼我們三個人的要分開一個一個送過來，中間甚至間隔十分鐘以上…還都是冷的，感覺服務不是很流暢。 5.停車不是很方便，節假日民宿車位緊張，衹能停在外面用接駁車接送，一個是我們東西比較多還有寵物推車需要搬上搬下很麻煩，退房的時候人一多還需要等，但也沒有具體的工作人員安排排隊。 6.整體建築設計真的一般，每個房間都沒有什麼私隱，走廊走一圈可以看進很多房間，房間裏的窗户也是直接對着其他房間，另外很多房型是沒有電梯的。 7.整體給我的感覺就是服務不是很到位，還需要調整培訓。感覺工作人員很多，但沒有什麼效率。
