Hotels near Oakland Coliseum, Oakland

This is a very nice property. The room was large and comfortable. It is located in center of downtown Oakland and only a few blocks from Chinatown. This is the second time staying at this property and will again when in the area.

The hotel itself was fine. But I was very disappointed to learn that parking at the hotel was an additional $50/night. Also - when checking in they charge you a mandatory $27 'convenience fee'. This entitles you to a $7 credit at the snack bar - where a bag of M&Ms cost $6. And this is just a regular size bag, not shareable, and a $10 credit at the restaurant if you spend $30. I will not go back because it really felt like I was being nicked and dimed.

We were at an event at the Oakland Marriott City Center and switched to Courtyard Oakland Downtown (where we only had to cross the street) after the experience at Jack London Inn (not recommended) which although only a 10 minute walk away changes a lot. Spacious room for four, friendly staff, laundry available, breakfast available. Metro very close that takes you to the airport, San Francisco, Berkley ... ... ... Thank you

Had a really solid stay at this Marriott downtown. Three things stood out: The view from our room was awesome - great skyline views that made the stay feel special. Worth asking for a higher floor. The room was nice - clean, modern, and spacious. Everything was in good shape and felt updated. Good digs overall. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of variety, everything fresh, and they kept it well stocked. Actually worth getting up for. Staff was helpful and the downtown location worked great for getting around. Would definitely stay here again.

It was in quiet neighborhood. The building was quiet too. Special. Close to 7/11. Very good stay with a good price.

This neighborhood is close to the black dangerous area, but the hotel environment is quite good, there is a small bay, but it is not recommended to walk around the hotel casually, it is a bit dangerous, it is better to take a taxi to travel

Doesn’t have any inside windows but if you from any windows actually very green many food spots and many stores nearby are walking distance and BART which is a form of transportation is very close by I really like everything about this room very cozy very clean and the customer service is fantastic here every time

The first time I checked in, I was shocked. There was a train track in front of the hotel, and the train whizzed past the door. After sleeping for two nights, I found that, fortunately, it did not affect my sleep at night, even though I have difficulty sleeping and have very strict sleep requirements. After staying for a few days, I found that this hotel is really good: the transportation is very convenient. The ferry terminal is diagonally opposite the hotel, a five-minute walk away, and the ferry to downtown San Francisco takes 25 minutes. It's just over ten minutes' walk to the light rail (BART). It's also walking distance to downtown Auckland, and Chinatown is also there. There are also many bus lines. It's really convenient! Behind the hotel is Starbucks, which is convenient for drinking coffee. Then, the most beautiful thing is that the hotel is close to the seaside and pier. It feels really good and beautiful to go for a walk in the morning. The service is also good and the room is quite big. I stayed there for more than ten days in total, and I felt more and more comfortable the longer I stayed.

In Auckland, not far from Oracle Stadium, surrounded by graffiti. 🚗 Traffic: Convenient, 🍃 Environment: General, old facilities 🔔 Service: OK, breakfast is too simple. Suitable for passing by.
