GGuest UserThe hotel is located right at the train station, and so is perfect if you are catching the AMTRAK. The rooms were pleasant and the staff were friendly. The bar is very trendy though was understaffed and so whilst we were there, it took ages to get served.

GGuest UserMy experience was great. The service was awesome. The room wasn’t the cleanest. The amenities on the bathroom sink looked to be reused. The lotion bottle was filthy, with what looked like food stains. They was what appeared to be a juice stain in the bathroom floor, and there was hair in the bathroom floor. Other than that everything else was good.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the Mississippi River in downtown Memphis. You can walk a few steps from the door to the bridge to the island, and it takes only ten minutes to walk to Beale Street. The Sheraton building is quite conspicuous and can be seen from a distance, so you don't have to worry about getting lost when you go out. The room is clean and tidy, and you can enjoy the river view and the pyramids by the large glass window.

GGuest UserExcellent location for easy access to the city center! The motel was clean, the room was spacious, the bathroom was clean, and the heating worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable and the towels were clean. You'll find a Burger King, a gas station, and ample parking directly behind the property. There's a bus stop for Graceland just a short walk from the motel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
