The hotel is very nice. Staff are friendly & quick to respond. Bed is very comfy and hotel room was clean. I do wish there were more hooks in the bathroom and a light over the bathroom mirror. There also needs padding on the desk chair legs because when you move it, the sound is very loud on the cement floor. There are also no ice machines on the floors so you have to go to the front desk for ice.

This is a great location and a very unique looking hotel. Room design was great and so refreshing. Not your bland boxy hotel room.

We loved everything about our stay. The room was clean, the bed was firm & cozy, and the staff were sooo nice. We'll definitely be staying here on our next trip.

this is one of the best hotels i have ever stayed at. the room was so cute and literally such a “vibe”. i didn’t even want to leave it was so nice. their bar called Longshot had one of the best spicy margaritas i’ve ever had. everyone was so nice and even were able to do a late check out no problem. if i’m ever in memphis again i will absolutely stay here. i would recommend this place to anyone visiting memphis.

The lobby theme is great and peaceful, you can feel a very good vibe in the whole area. The room decorations is awesome. Staff is very attentive to the guests.

My wife and I absolutely loved ARRIVE Memphis. The location is a convenient walk to Beale St. etc. and the property is a beautifully-restored century-old warehouse. I love the concrete floors, doorless shower, exposed conduit and sharp angles of the rooms.
In a remarkable coincidence, I discovered the ARRIVE Memphis was designed by Chris Pardo, the architect who designed the Palm Springs home of one of my best friends (apparently before Chris got famous!). The staff is friendly and efficient and the lobby "coffee house" vibe is perfect. Wonderful stay in Memphis!
Rooms: Industrial loft-style open floorplan
Nearby activities: 12 minute walk to Beale St. or short ride on the Main St. trolley in front of the hotel
Safety: Main St. Memphis appears to have had its challenges, with many vacant buildings and storefronts. But there is plenty of foot traffic and we never felt unsafe walking between the hotel and downtown
Walkability: Easy walk to downtown along Main St. or the Mississippi River pathway
Food & drinks: Fun sports-themed bar in the basement. Great pub food and drinks

Beautiful boutique hotel. Great vibe and decor. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We did have a problem with the tv and were unable to use it for our entire 2 night stay, but were given a credit on our bill.
For the most part the staff was very good, but there were a few individuals who, at best were somewhat indifferent, and in one case downright surly and rude.
The food and drinks in the restaurant bar and coffee shop were very good.
Beall Street, the Riverwalk, and downtown are within walking distance, but probably not a great idea at night. I would stay again if ever in the area.
