"This may have been our best hotel stay, ever. This hotel is great! Everyone that works there, is wonderful! From checking in, to the valets, everybody was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is so clean, and everything in the room worked. The room had a microwave & mini fridge, most only have a mini fridge. It’s in a perfect location! A short walk to Texas de Brazil, or Fed Ex Forum, or the Red Birds stadium. This will be where we stay, anytime we’re in Memphis. I highly recommend it! I can’t say enough positive things about this place. Just wonderful!"

"It's within walking distance of Beale Street and FedEx Forum and the route is easy to find (I used a taxi at night). The opposite side of the entrance faces the main street, and there is a drugstore nearby. Hot drinks are available at the entrance and inside the room, and it was quiet and comfortable. I could hardly hear the noise from the next room. Breakfast service includes bread and lots of fruit, but no vegetables. The waffle maker is fun."

"If this was the first Holiday Inn, I had stayed in, I would not have booked another time. Our bathroom was not clean, the room was stocked only with decaf coffee and when I called the front desk, they said they didn’t have any that I’d have to wait until the maids came in. When we went down for breakfast, they were out of most everything. They had a waffle maker, but no waffle batter, oatmeal toppings but no oatmeal and the juice machine was broken. When I asked the girl at the front desk if they had it, her answer was just “nope.”"

"The service in an Indian hotel is quite unprofessional. When I checked in at 20:30 in the evening, there was no room available and I had to wait for the cleaning staff to clean it up. In addition, it should have been renovated in the past two years. The hard and soft furnishings inside are okay and not old. But the room type of the double bed room is very strange. When you enter the door, there is a sink installed outside with towels underneath. Then when you go to the end of the bedroom, there is a shower room and toilet in the corner. After taking a shower, I couldn't get a towel at all. After using the toilet, I had to walk to the other end to wash my hands. It was really outrageous. Parking is easy."

"I chose the Courtyard by Marriott before returning from a business trip. Everything was organized and reassuring. After check-in, I could even enjoy a cup of chocolate at the front desk—the kind with marshmallows—it was incredibly comforting. The hotel room was very clean, and the ground floor was quiet with a nice garden view. I rested early. There was a shuttle for our early flight the next day, but since we had our own car, we didn't use it. Overall, the service was excellent, and its proximity to the airport made it a very convenient choice."
