"This may have been our best hotel stay, ever. This hotel is great! Everyone that works there, is wonderful! From checking in, to the valets, everybody was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is so clean, and everything in the room worked. The room had a microwave & mini fridge, most only have a mini fridge. It’s in a perfect location! A short walk to Texas de Brazil, or Fed Ex Forum, or the Red Birds stadium. This will be where we stay, anytime we’re in Memphis. I highly recommend it! I can’t say enough positive things about this place. Just wonderful!"

"Overall very low quality for a Hampton Inn. Nice staff, very old building and sketchy adjacent parking garage, elevator broken, pan handlers galore, too close to annoying homeless, ******** ***, and drunks. I walked to FedEx, then to post office, and back to the Hampton Inn today (3 blocks total) and an older man on a bicycle followed me for five minutes shouting insults and ****** slurs because a i refused to give him money as I exited FedEx. There is an abundant police presence in the area but if you leave the main three blocks of Beale, drunks are hassling people for alcohol. Very sad for the well-intentioned and hard-working locals. 👎. The breakfast at Hampton Inn was pretty good except for the gravy. This was a grey soup, not sausage gravy. Biscuits were terrific as was the staff person on duty."

"This hotel was amazing. The staff was friendly and accommodating. So clean and well located. The best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. The only negative at all was we had to ask more than once to have our room cleaned but we found out they do it every two days which was fine. The front desk gave clean towels as we needed. I stayed at the Westin the last time I went to Memphis but my stay here was much better and cheaper. I would only want to stay here if we ever go to Memphis again."

"From the great welcome by friendly desk staff to the Uber waiting to take us back to the airport, or stay was fantastic. The hotel is an easy walk from Beale Street and other sights. We were given a great room with a view of the river. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and coffee was provided in the lobby throughout the day. We stayed 2 nights, but wished we were staying a week! The room itself was spacious, comfortable and well equipped with coffee maker, microwave, and a good TV and quality bathroom toiletries. Very clean and great value."

"It's within walking distance of Beale Street and FedEx Forum and the route is easy to find (I used a taxi at night). The opposite side of the entrance faces the main street, and there is a drugstore nearby. Hot drinks are available at the entrance and inside the room, and it was quiet and comfortable. I could hardly hear the noise from the next room. Breakfast service includes bread and lots of fruit, but no vegetables. The waffle maker is fun."

"Our family stopped here while traveling home. It was close to where we were and needed to just stop for the night. Quick booking through my trip app, and the guy was nice when I was checking in. The room was okay, nothing special, honestly, which was surprising since it was a higher end hotel, but it was decent as far as cleanliness and enough beds for my family of 6. The beds are not that comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was decent, and coffee was good. Was in a good part of Memphis."

"The pickup bus at Memphis Airport took a long time to arrive, so I had to wait about an hour. The pickup location at the Hilton Hotel was apparently far from the shuttle area, but only the staff had decided on A, B, and C, and there were no signs at the airport. In Japan, the hotel name and location are displayed at each location. It's not so much the Hilton Hotel's fault, but rather the American approach."

Parking factory has access control, need to enter the password to get in and out, the parking lot into the hotel also need to swipe room card, feel relatively safe. The room is clean and breakfast is served warmly."
