"Though the front desk is staffed with young people bored with doing nothing and annoyed by customer’s inquiries, I just ignored all the unpleasantness and got more than satisfactory results: on hair dryer in the bathroom not working, I got a portable one in a bag for replacement, and on WiFi not working, got a technician brought in a in-room modem/router. Even better still, cleaning staff jumped at requests after I tipped them for no apparent reason: they brought front desk staff to my room with a form for laundry — a service which was not made apparent to guests. As a result, I extended my stay : )"
"The room was large and clean. The room was still really new so everything was in good condition. The pool is quite large. There was plenty of parking spaces as well. The water temperatures in the shower was good."
"Nice old hotel by the river. Good buffet breakfast. Dinner by the river side come with nice live music and delicious food. Dinner inside has live music plus karaoke if you wish to sing."
"My third stay here. Friendly staff in a way placed hotel- I didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that, everything else was fine. It’s convenient for the old city but would need a bicycle or own car"
"The location and charm of this hotel are definitely its strongest points. It's relatively quiet despite a few barking dogs from the neighbors. The host is very friendly and attentive, and the breakfast is plentiful and truly delicious, prepared with care. I highly recommend this hotel."
"Aiyara House in Ayutthaya is a lovely place to stay if you want comfort and convenience. The location is excellent: it’s within walking distance of the night market, main historical attractions, and even the train station, which makes getting around very easy. The rooms are clean and feel cozy after a long day of sightseeing. A/C, hot water and Wi-Fi works great. Good bed, a nice table with two chairs and the fridge. The staff are genuinely kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Overall, it’s a calm, friendly, and great-value stay that makes exploring Ayutthaya even more enjoyable."

Amazing
SShiqiaoI was impressed from the moment I arrived. The hotel is perfectly located near major historical attractions, making sightseeing very easy. The room was clean and well maintained, with a pleasant atmosphere. The staff provided outstanding service and were always helpful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ayutthaya
GGuest UserAn excellent and enjoyable stay at Centara Ayutthaya. The hotel is perfectly located right beside Central Ayutthaya Mall, making it extremely convenient for shopping and dining. Traveling by car, it was easy to find and very convenient to get around, with smooth access to the main historical attractions of Ayutthaya. The hotel itself is comfortable, modern, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing stay. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety and quality that made mornings pleasant. Overall, it was a great experience, and we truly appreciated the comfort, convenience, and thoughtful service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ayutthaya.
GGuest UserThe room was nice, the staff was good. The biggest advantage is the location near historical temples. Took a water excursion, really enjoyed it
TTấn Thành LươngGreat place to stay during your time in Ayuthaya. Conveniently located with friendly staff to help you at any time, clean facilities and quiet despite being just off the busy strip.
GGuest UserNear to night market and attraction. Decent accommodation. I stayed in the female only dormitory. A trash bin in the dormitory or in the corridor area was missing. The bathroom basin was broken. Free coffee and bread jam in the morning was nice.
GGuest UserThis is a great hotel/serviced apartment. Rooms are large, well equipped and the service team ensure it is kept very clean. Pool, gym, snooker room and executive facilities are provided and are well received. Both restaurants are well laid out, provide a great selection of food and staff are very friendly/professional. Breakfast is definitely worth including as European, Asian and Thai tastes are all catered for. The only complaint I would have is: when the facilities become busy, the hot water fall short of the requirement. We found the first two days provided very hot water for both shower and bath. However, the final two days were disappointing as no hot water was available to our room. Overall, a very nice facility that I would use again and would recommend to friends.
GGuest UserExcellent host, always trying to make sure everything was right for our stay. Room was very clean with both A/c and a fan. Beds comfortable. Even had an area we could sit out in the balcony. Location is ok, plenty of places to eat and drink and of course not far to walk to the ruins. We didn't use the bikes so can't say anything on that. We joined an evening boat tour to see 3 temples which was good, you get a tuk tuk there and back but need to pay additional to get into each place. Would recommend you to stay here.
AAnonymous UserTo put it bluntly, the impression of the place is ambiguous. In fact, it is a few wooden houses around the reservoir and across the road a few more. A small wooden reception. Where are the photos on trip com with the huge buildings and columns from? They don't exist or they are someone's virtual fantasy. The grounds are maintained the lodges are clean. Severely disappointed with a very poor and unpalatable breakfast. Smoothed out with good coffee in a coffee shop with a veranda on the territory. There was a loy kratong holiday and we decided to go kratong on the river. The hotel employee offered to take us on a tuk tuk, we agreed. But he came not himself but his acquaintance and offered to do it 4 times more expensive than a normal cab from Bolt. Apparently we had to share with the employee. And all this next to our car. All this was quite stupid and left a bad impression of the hotel staff. By the totality of qualities and emotions from the visit to no one do not recommend anyone to visit here. You can see that the owner is trying and some employees spoil everything with incorrect behavior and petty deception.
GGuest UserPerfect little hotel located less tha 5 minutes walk from the train station. Rooms were clean and tidy, and the hotels balcony overlooking the river was fantastic. Very relaxing, and great value for money.
