Service: The owner was very welcoming, attentive, and spoke kindly. They gave great recommendations for places to visit and even helped flag down transportation (so sweet!). Location/Room: The room was very clean and had all the amenities (even a hairdryer!). I give it 5 stars. ***Overall, everything was great, except for one thing: parking was a bit difficult because the property is right on the main road. However, there was still enough space for all guests. ***I stayed in Room 8 on the 1st floor.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel in Ayutthaya. I booked shortly before arrival, and the receptionist seemed angry from the beginning. Communication was confusing and unfriendly. They suddenly put someone on the phone and spoke aggressively instead of trying to help. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and not comfortable at all. The facilities looked old and unreliable. I did not feel comfortable staying there after seeing the room and the staff’s attitude. When I decided not to stay and requested a refund, they refused completely. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in Thailand and it ruined my impression of Ayutthaya. I cannot recommend this place.🤮

Excellent host, always trying to make sure everything was right for our stay. Room was very clean with both A/c and a fan. Beds comfortable. Even had an area we could sit out in the balcony. Location is ok, plenty of places to eat and drink and of course not far to walk to the ruins. We didn't use the bikes so can't say anything on that. We joined an evening boat tour to see 3 temples which was good, you get a tuk tuk there and back but need to pay additional to get into each place. Would recommend you to stay here.

The hotel has an elegant environment, and the night market is nearby. The owners are very hospitable. The room is spotless and fully equipped. There is also a small balcony where you can dry clothes. The bed and pillows are soft and supportive, just to my personal preference. I would definitely stay here again if I go to Ayutthaya next time. Highly recommended!

A lovely little hotel. It's very conveniently located right in the historic center. Parking is small, but available. The room is very large. We don't like the air conditioning, but it had a nice, quiet fan. It's very quiet despite being located next to a road. All the windows have screens. There's a separate room for drying clothes, also with a mosquito net. We had to install our own mosquito repellent because there were a lot of mosquitoes. An electric kettle would have been nice.

The location is convenient; we walked to the churches, even those on the opposite bank (30 minutes from the train station). Someone wrote that breakfast used to be minimal, but now it's gone. The hostess is nice. The downside is a lot of mosquitoes, but there's a fly swatter in the room. The walls could use some cosmetic repairs. The beds are comfortable.

I stayed at this place for three consecutive nights. The location is convenient, very close to the night market, Wat Mahathat, and the park—all within walking distance. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious enough, with a small balcony for drying clothes. The owner and staff were very friendly and even helped me call a tuk-tuk. Overall, this was the most satisfying place I stayed in Ayutthaya.
