Let’s us start from the beginning of my entrance The bell service was welcoming and aided us in taking our luggage Upon my check in the receptionist was very respectful , welcoming , addressed our issues regarding the room with ease Once we reached our room faisal sulaiman from the bell service helped in delivering the bags , he was fun and made our night. During the breakfast time, an Arab lady that always stand infront of the dining room , I appreciated her that she remembered us and the table that we used to have our breakfast on , I was happy that the waiters pay attention to the details . Moreover , all the waiters were very helpful in aiding us with getting the food that we want , welcoming and smiling . I liked the atmosphere of the dining room , as if you are living in a palace !, Mr,Faizan was always asking about our health and how was our stay , he always made sure that our experience during the breakfast time was fantastic and to the upper limit . We received a hospitality by Mr.Turki from the reception , thank you for your generosity . While we checked out we asked the concierge for a golf car to drop us to via Riyadh they made sure that it arrives early , special thank to them . And during our last moment from our stay , the bell service were always that received us with a smile and farewell us with a smile . Thank you ritz Carlton for the experience

Overall, everything was excellent. However, the staff handover/communication needs improvement. When I visited the fitness center at night, there was no staff member at the counter, and I waited over 10 minutes for a towel—even though I had already informed the fitness staff earlier that morning.

A well-located hotel with reasonable rate in Olaya area. Easy to get to all places and closer to the restaurants and meeting location and short walk to the metro line Room always gets cleaned up well. But it would be really nice there is good water pressure and they clean the windows so I can look out better.

HHassan Mansour 1305The perfect stay. For that price and that location it’s already worth it. The hotel has everything, services are good, breakfast has a full variety of dishes and the room I got was perfectly clean and with no issues. I would 100% consider to book Haven Plaza for my next trip to Riyadh.

Many listings are in Arabic, which caused confusion for us. This is outside of city, to visit main city it takes 40-60 SAR cost each way for cab. Parking: Outside parking is available for guests.
