"My second visit. I had an amazing stay in this hotel. Very accessible, had a good restaurant and pool area. Rooms are cozy and clean. Definitely will come back again ❤️"
"Had a very comfortable stay here. The room was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfy and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which makes a big difference given the Riyadh heat. The staff were warm and welcoming - great hospitality. The breakfast buffet was also impressive with a good selection of both local and international options. We found the location quite convenient as there was a bus stop and supermarket just a short walk away. The only drawback was the entrance, which is slightly tucked away in what looked like an alley, so it can be a bit confusing to spot at first! But, a great stay overall. I'd happily stay here again on my next trip to Riyadh."
"The location is decent; the subway is right outside, there's a small supermarket and restaurants downstairs, a large hospital across the street, and a four-star hotel in front—a popular spot for Chinese tour groups. The rooms are quite spacious, though the amenities are a bit old, but still acceptable; there's a microwave and a refrigerator."
"Great hostel with a good location. Many amenities and a large kitchen. Close to the metro station and a Lulu Hypermarket where you can find a large variety of ready-made food at an affordable price. Clean rooms and many common areas as well as a roof. A good joice for Riyadh. Cons Although cleaning is done daily, the bathroom trashcan is constantly overflowing with dirty tissue. Apart from that, good cleaning service"
"I stayed 3 nights in a King standard and had their breakfast buffet - both room and food was very good. The staff were exceptional - friendly, polite and quick to make sure my stay was enjoyable. The business lounge was a great place to do some work. And I was very happy to use their gym which was available for both women and men all times. Their lobby lounge was also a nice space to relax. They hosted a cultural event for the Founder’s Day holiday which was nice to feel like we were part of the celebration. The neighbourhood also had many options for good eating. I would stay here again if I come back to Riyadh."
"Everything that you want from a hotel - clean rooms (spacious and quite - cannot hear neighbours or the highway infront of the house), good service (after two days the staff made me omelette without me even asking for it) and perfect location (central and 2-3mins walking distance from Al Mourabba metro and Lulu hypermarket). If - like me - you can’t go a day without exercise, the gym offers the basic equipment, too. Recommend you book with breakfast - it’s buffet and has sufficient choice."

Amazing
GGuest UserRooms fittings and bedding quality are excellent. Most commendable is the morning breakfast with excellent spread..
GGuest UserOverall, everything was excellent. However, the staff handover/communication needs improvement. When I visited the fitness center at night, there was no staff member at the counter, and I waited over 10 minutes for a towel—even though I had already informed the fitness staff earlier that morning.
GGuest UserThe place is new and very clean, the staff were friendly and I like the balcony and the city view. The parking entrance and exit is very tight, so if you drive big vehicle, watch out, you may stuck in there!
GGuest UserGiven how expansive Riyadh is, this hostel is in a good location and helpful instructions were provided via WhatsApp prior to arrival. Others staying at Su Casa were people living and working in the city, but there were small and meaningful opportunities to meet others over coffee and discussion. The bed was comfortable and the amenities basic but more than sufficient. I did not love Riyadh as a city personally but I certainly felt at home and like nothing was a worry. For anyone arriving via public transport, buses accept Visa and Mastercard and it is possible to connect nearby (~10 min walk) to buses, although expect to face traffic depending on the time of day.
HHassan Mansour 1305The perfect stay. For that price and that location it’s already worth it. The hotel has everything, services are good, breakfast has a full variety of dishes and the room I got was perfectly clean and with no issues. I would 100% consider to book Haven Plaza for my next trip to Riyadh.
