Overall, I'm happy with the hotel; it's not my first or second stay. A couple of points: 1. Check-in is already late compared to most hotels, at 3:00 PM. But this time, after checking in, I had to wait another 40 minutes for my room. And not just me, but almost everyone else in the long line. The check-in was extremely slow, with only one counter. I almost missed the evening event. 2. I stayed for 5 days. For two days, they didn't make my bed at all, just left it wrinkled. Cleaning is done late, on average after 4:00 PM. I find it more convenient that way. On the 5th day, the sun came out and illuminated a thick layer of dust on the round glass table. It became clear that not only had they neglected the bed, but they hadn't made anything at all. They had only refreshed the consumables. And they hadn't even replaced the nearly depleted toilet paper. 3. The soundproofing of the windows leaves much to be desired. You'll have to listen to the roar of the Third Ring Road 24/7. But personally, it's not a big deal to me. As I understand it, the hotel's weak point is cleaning. Perhaps they're understaffed, which explains the long and poor cleaning times. Otherwise, the quality and location are commensurate with the price. I recommend this hotel. However, given the higher prices in a month, I'll be choosing a different place to stay.

The location is so close to Arbat street and only around 3kms to Red square. The reception has English speaking personnel and all of them were very courteous and helpful. Zulol was the most helpful of the lot. There is a supermarket and Russain McDonalds almoist next door and plenty of food options very close by. Lot of Middle Eastern guests in this hotel. Everything was good and the stay was very pleasant. The room was well done and had a fully equipped kitchen, dish washer, washing machine. Surely recommend this hotel due to the staff.

Outstanding
IINTAN HASLINDADAVISI had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I had clearly booked and fully paid for a Suite room in advance through Trip, but upon arrival, the staff gave me a small room. They initially claimed that their system did not show my Suite booking and even said that I had not made any payment, which was very frustrating since I had already paid in full before my arrival.
After some discussion, they finally confirmed that my payment was received. However, I was too tired to continue arguing about the suite room, so I ended up staying in the smaller room.
What made things worse, I had already tried to contact the hotel one month before my arrival via Telegram and email to confirm my booking, but I never received any response.
The only positive point is that the staff were personally kind and still helped me carry my suitcase upstairs, since there is no lift in the hotel.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a fantastic downtown location, super close to the subway. Our room was really spacious, comfy, and sparkling clean. The bathroom was quite roomy, though the shower stall itself was a tad small. My only real complaint is that the fridge was broken – my ice cream melted! Also, the closet door was a bit saggy and scraped the floor, making it hard to open and close. On the bright side, breakfast was plentiful and varied, and I loved the Chinese signs; that was a nice touch.
QQuandichenghouThe efficiency was really low, and communication was difficult.
We were three people staying. The description said there was a 1.8m bed and a 1.2m sofa bed, but there wasn't one. I went to the front desk at 5:00 AM to explain the situation and they asked for one, but it still hadn't been added by 9:00 AM. I called guest services and they gave me a quilt and pillow to sleep on the floor.
The second floor we were assigned had no privacy, and the street noise was so loud that I couldn't sleep.
2206293****The location is quite good, right next to the subway station, making it convenient for getting around. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs building is right next door, and it's also close to the river. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. The room is a bit small, but the cleanliness is decent. There's a full-length mirror and a dressing table. The only downside is that there's nowhere to hang laundry, and there's no place to put clothes in the bathroom. There's a water dispenser near the elevator with hot water, which is very convenient.
GGuest UserHello to the esteemed management of Novotel Moscow, I am guest Saja Al-Mutawa. I would like to inform you of my extreme dissatisfaction with the receptionist Varvara's treatment of me upon check-in. My reservation was from 6/18/2025 to 6/22/2025, two rooms for four people, reservation number (). The full amount of the stay was paid via Trip.com. My flight was delayed, so my check-in was delayed that day. This was a delay from the airline, and I bear no responsibility for it. I arrived on 6/19/2025. I contacted the reception before that, and informed them that I would be delayed about four times, and the employee told me that it was fine as long as the reservation was paid. I also contacted the Trip.com app, but upon arrival at the hotel, I was told that the reservation had been canceled!! How I contacted you several times and each time I was told that my flight was delayed and my reservation was paid for. After many attempts that lasted for hours and I explained my situation that I was with an elderly person with cancer who was receiving chemotherapy and was very tired, our passports were taken and we were given rooms. I am very upset with this unprofessional treatment and will not give the hotel a good rating despite my great satisfaction with the place and rooms.
YYang-янA perfect stay! The location is absolutely fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to the subway, making it easy to get to Independence Avenue and Victory Square. There are plenty of convenience stores and local cafes nearby, so you'll never worry about grabbing snacks or breakfast.
The hostel is incredibly clean. The bed linens are changed for every guest, and each bunk has a charging port and a blackout curtain. The shared bathrooms have plenty of hot water, and the cleaning staff tidies up daily, so there are absolutely no unpleasant odors.
The front desk staff are super thoughtful and speak excellent English. They even offer local travel tips, and the free luggage storage is a real lifesaver. The communal kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook your own meals and save on travel costs. In the evenings, chatting with backpackers from all over the world in the common area creates a wonderful atmosphere.
The value for money is outstanding. If you're traveling to Belarus, this place is a no-brainer. I'll definitely choose this hostel again next time I'm in Minsk!
MM497582****Overall, the price-performance ratio isn't high. Also, they can't issue a check-in certificate, so it's better to spend a little more money and stay in a hotel. If it's under 170, it's acceptable. I've encountered people who changed hotels because they couldn't get a check-in certificate, and as a result, they weren't refunded. Although I don't know whose fault it was, it's better to be cautious.
GGuest UserFacilities: This is a well-established hotel. While it offers all the essential amenities, its style and decor definitely show their age.
Cleanliness: The hygiene conditions were excellent, and daily housekeeping was very thorough.
Location: Situated very centrally in Moscow, it boasts convenient transportation and lovely views. The only slight drawback is the occasional noise from motorcycles roaring past outside the window, but I understand this is often unavoidable in such a prime location.
Service: My interaction with the service staff was limited due to a language barrier and not having opted for breakfast, so I can't comment extensively on their service quality.
PPbcuyI recently stayed at Izmailovo Delta Hotel in Moscow and overall I found it a solid and affordable base for city travel — with several elements that made the stay worthwhile.
👍 What stood out
• The hotel’s location is very convenient: it’s a short walk (just a few minutes) from the metro (Partizanskaya Metro Station), which makes it easy to reach central Moscow and all the major sights in around 15 minutes.
• The rooms are generally well-equipped and comfortable, with essentials like a comfy bed, air conditioning, a desk or seating area, and complimentary WiFi.
• For the price — especially relative to many central-Moscow hotels — the balance of amenities and location offers very good value. Many guests highlight the reasonable room rates compared with convenience and comfort.
• The hotel complex is large and well-equipped: there are multiple restaurants, bars/cafés, a gym/spa/fitness centre, and facilities such as currency exchange and underground parking — handy if you’re staying several nights or travelling with heavier luggage.
🌟 My honest take
Izmailovo Delta works especially well if you:
• want to stay somewhere budget-friendly, without compromising too much on comfort or convenience.
• plan to use public transport (metro) to move around Moscow — it’s efficient and keeps you well-connected.
• value a hotel that has plenty of amenities and services in-house (restaurants, spa/fitness, shops), which can help if you don’t want to navigate far after a long day of sightseeing.
It’s not a “luxury boutique” stay — the décor and furnishings feel functional rather than lavish — but if you’re looking for reliability, comfort, and good transport links, Izmailovo Delta delivers
GGuest User
